Great hotel

The staff was not friendly , the hotel is so far from anything and everything . The cleaning staff were not interested in cleaning my room once

Our second Christmas at this hotel and we are not disappointed. We had a lovely relaxed stay and have been fed very well (half board). The thing that made our stay really special is the hotel’s staff. We can not praise them enough! Always smiling, friendly and happy to help. Few little extras from the hotel itself was a nice surprise as well (some Christmas treats, free mini bar etc)

Très bon séjour , bon accueil , animation sympa Bonne ambiance . Je regrette que l’eau ne soit pas servi gratuitement au repas du soir . Je trouve le prix excessif 2,70 les 500 ml d’eau non minérale ( eau recyclé ) bouteille jamais ouverte devant nous . Le reste était impeccable

It was alright, nothing special. Balcony was nice. Close to beach & walking area. I got lucky with on street parking or it would have been difficult. We didn't realize breakfast was in the dining room, but we didn't have time by that point.

We have spent 5 fantastic days in this Iberostar and enjoyed an amazing view from the balcony. The location is perfect as you can swim in the sea or in the swimming pool. You can access the sea by the rocks or walking 3 minutes to the beach. There are hiking paths in front of the hotel where you can have a walk or run. Food was delicious with a lot of choices, it was different every evening and we were looking forward to have dinner and out what we would have. I highly recommend this hotel if you’re looking for relaxing holidays.

We travelled through different parts of Mallorca and this hotel was by far our least favorite. No parking and not close to any stores or restaurants. Also had a decent walk to to the beach. The rooms were dirty, the AC was nonexistent and unlike most hotels no sheets on bed just a blanket. The shower water gets everywhere. I would never stay here an again in my travels to Mallorca and we thought it’d be a good choice since it was a known chain.

Beautiful place in Cala Millor with an ocean view. Our room was nice and spacious. Very modern hotel. Good breakfast.

We were on the 8th floor and had an amazing view of the beach and bay. Hotel is a bit compact with not many loungers available in the sun area and all gone very early. Some great staff here but for some reason the reception bar was not staffed at night meaning the staff had to go up and down some stairs from the bar below with drinks and empty glasses. Again space was not great for the entertainment area and even though all seats were taken in this area and upstairs only the downstairs bar was open in the evenings.

Our stay was great. We can’t really complain about anything (and that’s rare!). Staff was lovely (especially gentleman at the pool bar who was also preparing tasty mini cocktails before dinner). Food was plentiful, grounds and hotel in very good condition. Location was great. We would definitely like to go back so that’s a massive compliment from us!

Firstly, our intention from this holiday was to relax and enjoy some late September sunshine. However, It was impossible to sunbathe on any terrace around the pool and enjoy sunshine all day long. The height of the hotel building and its neighbouring building is very restrictive in this respect and shade is an issue. The hotel policy of removing towels from sunbeds after 30 minutes of non occupancy is non existent as some guests were placing 4 towels on 4 sunbeds on different sun terraces to ensure they did not miss out on the sunshine. After day 2 we decided to hire beach sunbeds for the duration of our stay. The quality and cleanliness of our room and all public areas was immaculate. Premium branded drinks from the pool bar were very expensive. We observed staff working at the pool bar making fun of guests on one evening, and observed staff working at the pool bar keeping tips for themselves despite being asked by guests to put the tips in the tip box at the bar. This is unprofessional and denied hard working bar staff the opportunity of experiencing the gratitude of some of the guests. Within the space of 10 minutes we saw one member of the pool bar staff put 30 euros into her pocket rather than into the tip box. Food in the restaurant was typical of an all inclusive menu. Entertainment was acceptable on the 3 nights out of 8 that we stayed in the hotel. There are many nearby beachfront hotels offering sunshine all day long. If you want sunshine all day long go elsewhere.

The staff were amazing & very accommodating. upon check in, i was offered an option to upgrade my room to a sea view for only 25 euro extra a day. the room was spacious with a full sofa & the views were amazing.

You want the suite!!!! 902 was an awesome room. Trust me. It will not disappoint!

Very clean, bright and well-maintained property. Rooms are small and basic, but we had a nice ocean view. (The higher up the better the view. It’s an all-inclusive and the food was fine. Not great but plenty to choose from and a reasonably priced add-on. Drinks and snacks available throughout the day which is nice. Pool area is big and well set up. If you want a chair with a view of the ocean pick your chair early! If you have a car it’s on road parking which can be tricky but we were fine. Staff is very nice and helpful. And the property is committed to sustainability and it shows.

Very nice hotel, friendly professional staff, good food & a great view. The only downside was that the town was completely closed out of season so you really had to stay in the hotel in the Eve.

Beautiful area Hotel right next to the Beach… Likes staff couldn’t do enough for you always busy and always a smile on their faces you make the Hotel what it is, food was lovely you’d struggle if you were vegan, Lobby area Bar Restaurant and Spa area all lovely bright and clean. Dislikes gym small and equipment needs refreshing also needs details of how to work aircon, rooms or certainly ours dated scuffs and marks on floor and walls throughout badly needs painting mould on the sofa bed and rip in cushion rips in black out curtain, no kettle, bathroom door doesn’t close shower floods the bathroom the list goes on disappointing for an iberostar and had I paid full price I would be furious

The expedia app really misinformed me about this hotel. They displayed that this will be an all inclusive and it was not. The check in times were also wrongly displayed.

Very nice and clean hotel. The staff is really friendly and helpful. Fabulous location right next to a park and facing the ocean. We spent a few nights there in winter. Not sure how the location is in summer - there seem to be a lot of party places around.
