Lovely!

The thermal tub is dirty.

The front entrance of the hotel was very nice and appeared modern but the room was very outdated and unfortunately smelt like cigarette smoke upon arrival. The room and rest of the hotel including the thermal spa area seemed grimy and in need of repairs/updated. The tv inside the room was also the size of a laptop monitor. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was decent and provided options. Overall a fine stay but would not stay again.

We had a great 2 day stay. Walk from the ferry port was only 10 minutes. Great location to shops and restaurants.

The location was very good and the staff were brilliant. The hotel inside is in need of works. There were holes in the celing and dated throughout.

We loved our stay! The spa was perfect, everyone was so friendly, rooms were simple but perfect, best location. Couldn’t recommend more!

The Hotel Terme Oriente was an excellent choice for our 5 day vacation on Ischia. The location was good with accessibility to many shops and restaurants. An especially attractive feature was the thermal spa, which allowed for several relaxing experiences as well as swimming in the warm water outdoor pool.

Minha estadia no Hotel Terme Oriente foi simplesmente maravilhosa e deixou saudades. Desde a chegada, fiquei encantado com cada detalhe do hotel: o piso com estampas florais em estilo vintage mediterrâneo, os tons pastel, as flores e toda a decoração criam um ambiente extremamente acolhedor, elegante e cheio de charme. A equipe merece muitos elogios. Todos os funcionários da recepção foram muito atenciosos, prestativos e gentis durante toda a hospedagem, tornando a experiência ainda mais especial. O café da manhã também foi excelente, com produtos frescos e de ótima qualidade. E preciso destacar o cappuccino, sem dúvidas um dos melhores que provei na Itália. Outro ponto incrível foi o spa e as águas termais. Depois de passar o dia explorando e conhecendo a ilha de Ischia, poder relaxar no spa foi uma experiência perfeita e revigorante. Parabéns a toda a equipe pelo cuidado, pela hospitalidade e pela experiência inesquecível. Com certeza pretendo voltar!

Fint hotell med supert renhold og hyggelig personale. Utmerket beliggenhet i gangavstand til strand, shopping og buss. Heisen på hotellet var veldig liten, men ingen problem å ta trappene. Koselig plass, med fint basseng og spaområde. Anbefales!

Location was excellent near to the port and in the middle of shopping possibilities and near to Restaurants. Some corners could be renowated, but I was Happy with my room. The pool and spa area were nice and the staff was friendly. Overall I was Happy choosing this hotel.

Good location and nice pool / spa area. Big and clean rooms with comfortable beds. The backyard view from another room was bit of a disappointment. Exceptionally helpful service in the reception. In the breakfast the diary products and juice should have been far colder and the scrambled egg could have been warm.
