Rooms Nice location easy to get around

Outside of the broken washer machine, the stay was excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for the weekend.

We had an amazing stay, the room was more than adequate for 4 adults and we made full use of the gym pool and hot tub facilities. The washing machine was a bonus! Great location too.

The room was clean and tidy. However our room was facing the road and was quite noisy. Especially at 3am. The hotel was in a great location for getting around the city.

We love the spacious room, the quiet location and walking distance to great areas. Second time staying here and we’ll likely return. The pool deck area is very nice as well.

Good size suite, includes washer, dryer and dishwasher in the suite. Thats too good. Of course kitchen.with Fridge as well. Well maintained. Some decent food options at walking distance. We felt like coming back.

Great balcony

I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world this was one of my top favorite - me and my 10 years old son stayed here when we came For the World Cup . I loved the layout of our room , full kitchen and laundry . Adorable balcony to have your morning coffee. The front desk was friendly and helpful - we LOVED the pool & hot tub you can even bbq up there if you want to . There is a grocery store a minute walk away , I really enjoyed the waffle place right next door this was just 10/10

I needed a last minute booking due to my cc being compromised at another hotel who would not work with us to find a solution. Level front desk staff were so understanding and helpful, they helped us out when we needed it. The property, amenities and room were perfect. I will absolutely stay here again. Thank you so much for your hospitality, it’s hard to come by these days.

Location is excellent and really nice to have access to full kitchen

Hotel was amazing. The rooms are great. After 5 weeks on a cruise I wanted a place that was just not a hotel room. My 1 bedroom apartment had a full size kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Wonderful. It was within walking distance to shops, tourist spots and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and friendly , would stay again

Hotel was centrally located. Nice small pool on the 6th floor with great city views. Hotel was under a ton of construction, which wasn't advertised, so that was disappointing. Elevator had a long wait. Their staff also uses the elevator, so multiple times had to wait for the next elevator due to staff and housekeeping carts. Hotel was accommodating and let us check in early.

Loved everything about this place. The pool and hot tub area was a great bonus!

Spacious room. A bit outdated, but it comes with all the required appliances you need like a washer drier and a full functioning kitchen. Helps save some costs while travelling in vancouver.

Great location with big rooms and full kitchens. This is rare in Downtown Vancouver.

Great stay! First time staying in Vancouver and was really glad I chose Level in Yaletown. Staff were friendly and informative, there was an outdoor pool and 24hr gym in the 1st parking level. Easily walkable to Granville & Davie streets with plenty of food options in walking distance. Room was really nice, basically a furnished apartment. Appreciate having cookware in the kitchen areas within the rooms and in-unit washer/dryer. Will definitely stay again!
