The room is spacious, clean, fragrant, the AC is cold, the water heater works well, the staff is friendly, close to the station, complete facilities, friendly prices.

Upon first entering, the ambiance wasn't that of a 3-star hotel; it already felt like a 4-star one. The junior suite was exceptional, offering views of Bandung city and Bandung station. The food was also above and beyond expectations for a 3-star hotel. Absolutely top-notch.

Everything is fine, except the air in the room is not well ventilated so it smells a bit stuffy.

The hotel staff was friendly, and everyone at the front office was friendly. However, the pool staff wasn't thorough. They didn't check the empty soap and shampoo dispensers carefully. However, after we asked for them to be refilled, they were immediately refilled, even though they were empty.
