The hotel is a bit dated, but the staff and service was fantastic

worth the expense, all was perfect, they have a shuttle to the slopes and back, buying ski pass at the hotel, dems of Nitro Snowboards, the best club in town.

The staff here were helpful and friendly! This is close to ski lifts, restaurants etc. basically in the heart of Verbier.

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed – we felt so comfortable throughout our stay. The reception staff were incredibly helpful, always smiling, and made us feel so welcome. The highlight of our experience was dining at Frenchy restaurant. The food was simply outstanding! Both dinner and breakfast were delicious, with so much attention to detail in every dish. The restaurant staff were just as fantastic – always warm, friendly, and attentive. Even the little details, like the drivers who took us to the slopes, were perfect. They were punctual, friendly, and added to the overall smoothness of our stay. Everyone we encountered – from the reception team to the restaurant staff – was smiling and genuinely kind, which created such a positive atmosphere. This was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommended!

Every person at this property was exceptionally friendly and helpful (Quinten in the bar and Remi as one of the drivers were both great). The extra little touches helped to make for a wonderful stay - the breakfast was great, the shuttle to and from the lifts, the ski storage, the hot tub and sauna and even the attached night club ( Thu-Sat only)! The property is convenient located to shops, restaurants, bars, market and everything that you need for a perfect stay.

No aircondition

Nice chalet style hotel with a nice bar. Quite overpriced though for what you get. The spa is very small and operates on a booking schedule. The breakfast is quite limited (they also charge you 14 CHF for an avocado toast). The Frenchie restaurant is very overpriced with an ambitious but underperforming menu. Also stay away from the extremely overpriced Swiss wines. Staff is friendly though. All in all, would be a good hotel if it cost half as much as it does now.

Absolutely charming and sincere staff. Not the slick professional “nice” of many hotels but a delightful group of young people who made our stay memorable. Beautiful views

Very nice experience at the Experimental. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was yummy, the room was spacious, and it’s right by the center of Verbier so super convenient to get around.

Extremely friendly staff and great location!

Everything else was super nice, the hotel has it’s charm, very nice bed and sheets and big plus for the sauna. The only disapointment was the breakfast. Basically one cheese, one ham, musli and bread. If you want some eggs, you must pay for them separetly. Very friendly staff at the reception.

Fantastic across the board: food, bar, spa, service, comfort and cleanliness.

Stunning hotel, with lovely staff, lovely decor in the lounge, restaurant and bar, great spa area. The quality of food and beverage was outstanding. The bedrooms were however disappointingly small: classic rooms are clearly not value for money.

The hotel team were fantastic. Breakfast each day spot on. The private car to and from the ski lifts was simply the best. This is an all round great chalet.

Great stay overall - friendly reception and especially housekeeping staff, but there are some things to consider if staying for a longer period: - There is a nightclub in the same building and some rooms are just above it. And it's not just a sound of music, but loud people outside and constantly slamming doors.. It's a shame that none of receptionists made us aware of that. - Breakfast was very limited. You won't even get ANY fresh veggies (except cabbage salad) even if you ask. - Showers are fitted in a wrong position, so every time you take a shower, you're flooding the whole bathroom. Although we did enjoy our stay, the room was very spacious, clean and bright with a wonderful view to the Apls. Hotel is also in a great location - 5-10 walking distance from the cable cars and the main shops/restaurants.

The rooms are very well decorated, and the bed was super comfortable. Moreover the staff is extremely nice. The breakfast was very good and served until 11am. Clean and relaxing spa with an outside jacuzzi. We can only recommend that place and would love to come back!
