The hotel is nice and the price is also affordable.

A very nice hotel, especially the location. The food is quite good, and the staff is friendly.

Pluses 1. The location is convenient, there's plenty of parking, and even when it's busy, you can still park on the hotel grounds. 2. Breakfast is delicious, with a wide variety of food. 3. Plenty of kids' activities on weekends. 4. Clean rooms. 5. The hotel staff is friendly, and the security guards are also helpful. Minuses 1. Smoking is allowed in areas with lots of children, including the swimming pool area. This makes it uncomfortable. These areas should be smoke-free, but instead, they're filled with cigarette smoke. 2. The hotel staff suddenly cleaned the room even though I hadn't hung a sign on the door requesting cleaning. As a result, our sheets weren't even changed. 3. There's no playground; the meeting room is used as a playground. Because it's close to the swimming pool area, which allows smoking, the room smells of cigarette smoke.

Disappointed staying at this hotel last weekend, booked a room with 1 bed, but was given a Hollywood one (2 single beds combined into 1). The receptionist said, "Don't worry, ma'am, it's still comfortable. We've covered it, but it was far from comfortable, the blankets were separated, it hurt in the middle, I intended to relax but ended up in a bad mood."

I've stayed at 101 Surken several times and just yesterday I tried the young goat fried rice and butter rice chicken menu and both were delicious and the portions were large. The room and other things are still clean, but I just want to suggest that in the future there will be a playground that can be opened at any time.

Close to center of street food. Clean room, friendly staff but the room isn't soundproof.

The hotel is strategically located, there are many legendary snack places just a short walk out of the hotel, the food is quite good, the cleanliness is okay, the rooms are comfortable and nice, the hotel staff is friendly and very helpful especially for wheelchair users, but the soundproofing of the room is lacking because you can still hear the sound of small children running and crying in the hotel room corridor.

Recommendations for staying around Bogor city.

It was great. First time staycation with a 7 month old baby. The staff was very welcomed especially the security, he entertained my son and he was so happy. The hotel was located in the center of surya kencana street so for you who wants to enjoy variety of Bogor foods, then you have to stay here at 101 surya kencana.

The AC on the 8th floor is not cold, the rest is okay.

In general, it's okay... only in the bathroom the cold water handle was broken, after calling a technician, it was serviced.
