Room was lovely and comfortable. I had fish and chips in the restaurant which was very fresh and tasty. Will stay again when I am next in Dundee

Lovely room, nice bar and breakfast.

Great staff. Decent menu choices for the evening and plentiful breakfast. Great view from the dining room too. Old part of the building is grand. Rooms comfy and well equipped, but some aspects need tlc- small holes in net curtains and a towel. Parking easy and in a quiet location in town - great for the Uni.

Apart from. I elevator it was a nice hotel but food was not great and breakfast plates were a bit dirty and had to be changed

Had a nice stay at this hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite spacious and the ensuite is a good size as well. Worth the money

We needed a stop near the airport (late arrival) from which to access St Andrews. Nice quiet location. Staff really helpful . Very comfortable room .

Our stay was very comfortable and provided the expected amenities and safety level. While slightly outside of the city center, it offers easy parking in a safe-looking neighbourhood.

Stayed in a room for three. It was huge with a king in one room and two doubles in another room with a door. Staff all excellent and extremely friendly. Beautiful view of the water from the dining room Would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again

Ok hotel but could not get WiFi in the bedroom. Hotel has loads of steps even on ground floors, not ideal with luggage. Would stay again, nice restaurant and food and bar and serving staff all very friendly. Large car park at back of hotel Nothing to really walk to around the hotel, I did walk to the gardens but they are only open 11 til 3.

a couple of minor issues. One of the hand towels was ripped. one of the beds was very squeaky.

Paid for a suite, got the honeymoon suite. Would have expected a mini fridge and bathrobes, but my problem as I did not check beforehand. situated at the back and side of the hotel, no view, shame as the hotel is in a lovely place. Very warm in the room and windows only slightly open, no fan or air conditioning. Overall a lovely stay though

The hotel was great & the view from the beer garden was lovely over the river Tay. The only issue was I was in room 202 which is next to the plant room, so it was quite noisy through the night

Staff fantastic and very pleasant Breakfast was a fabulous choice and scottish breakfast was buffet but all food very hot. Coffees excellent aswell from a machine. 10 out of 10 overall

Property was lovely, room we where in was a bit noisy, with the car park and one way system for lorries ect, below our window, but we weren't there for long so not too bothered

Absolutely beautiful place to stay. My first time in Scotland and this hotel felt like a home. The staff were some of the most friendly I have encountered on my travels. The views outside were to die for. I did come during a heat wave and my room did not have a/c. I will say though it added to the pathetic of a very old school hotel which I did think was fun. Overall I will be staying here each time I visit Dundee.
