Hallway leading up to the room needed cleaning, the carpet was dirty and stained. The room itself is simple, comfortable and clean. Upon arriving into the room, the heat was extreme as they do not turn on the A/C and the sun was beating down on that side of the building. Tip......if you know a guest is arriving and the room has been assigned, turn on the A/C for a pleasing experience. The restaurant was good for dinner though also simple and the staff at check-in desk and restaurant were wonderful.

No cuentan con estacionamiento, ni dan cortesia en el estacionamiento publico de su misma plaza; costo por dia de 720 pesos. La habitación con el baño en malas condiciones, no hay cambios de toallas. El elevador con exceso de olor a cigarro. Zona de exceso de ruido por la vida nocturna.

las instalaciones no se ven nuevas y con falta de mantenimiento, sinembargo el cuarto estab limpio, las camas comodas y la ubicacion excepcional

Staff amable y servicial. La cama cómoda, sin embargo las fotos no reflejan las condiciones reales del hotel. Las alfombras de los pasillos estaban muy sucias, el piso de la habitación con manchas de pintura, la persiana estaba rota, se sentía descuidado en general. Al ser un hotel de cadena esperaba mejores condiciones

i booked a king size bed but they didnt have the room i reserved. Was given a two queen bed and told i would be moved, it didnt happen. Hallway was dirty the whole stay. Very unkept. Hot water takes awhile to work and it doesnt last. Hotel is not as pictured, its next to a bar that is open 24hr causing elevator and lobby to smell like smoke and marijuana. positive side is that they have reliable taxi drivers in the front, that will take you places for a small fee.

Hotel housekeeping staff was very nice, but the valet staff was constantly asking for money to to bring the cars and over char

This hotel needs significant maintenance. The hallway carpets are dirty, and the room carpets are in poor condition as well. There’s a strong musty smell throughout the halls, which makes the environment uncomfortable. Additionally, there is no self-parking available, and guests are required to pay for valet parking, which is inconvenient.

Don´t know I did´t went to the pool, but the room was not nice.

Service was 10/10. One of the best hotels I been too. I have no complains

Están en remodelación bajo la nueva administración y esperemos que mejore mucho en la habitación y pasillos del hotel. Si buscar paz absoluta no lo recomiendo porque hay muchos restaurantes antros y bares con música hasta las tres de La mañana especialmente en el fin de Semana
