Parking was fine, breakfast room stank terribly. Great hotel, awful place to get breakfast.

The room was nice and clean. Service at registration was good. The parking lot was OK. Breakfast was all right.

Hotel was very clean and staff was very efficient. Rooms were comfortable. The water slide was closed and the breakfast area was always so packed with people and uncomfortably hot

Clean room and building. Breakfast was good but could have used a bigger room and it was usually crowed and full. Stat was friendly and helpful.

Good place to stay - my only concern is breakfast shutting down at 8:30am

We were very disappointed when we were told that the water slide is only open on weekends and we had no idea of that when we booked or checked in. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and there was no conditioner in the shower.

The birds walking around in the roof and making noises all night was not what i wanted for our 2 night stay.

2 things. A $250 damage deposit is absurd! As well shampoo container in shower completely empty. will not stay again

The breakfast was paper plates and wooden utensils. For the price I paid I think real dishes would be appropriate. Not very environmental friendly with all the waste. Gym was not equipped with much, needed to vacuumed.

Slipped and fell on ice in the parking lot, got a decent bruise. Still in pain. Parking lot was ridiculously bumpy from ice

Stayed for 5 days. The room was not cleaned or beds made etc for 3 days. We had to complain at the desk - the interrupted the cleaners on their way home to come back and clean the room. We had the Do Not Disturb sign out till we would leave the room about 10am. Apparently that is too late for the cleaners to return to clean.
