Terrible very hostile people who own and work there would definitely not recommend holiday inn is same price and is round the corner

Just stayed the one night so no real complaints at all.

The very best person was the young man at the desk. He was there when we arrived and again when we left. He is very personable, courteous, and pleasant.

Staff are friendly and professional. Room was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast provided a good selection of food as well.

Enjoyed our stay here. Relaxed in the hot tub and had a refreshing swim in the pool. Walked for a nice dinner. Comfy bed. Very convenient location. Good breakfast options.

Clean room quiet, need some updates

The hotel was clean, the staff were friendly and the continental breakfast was an added bonus during our short stay while attending a wedding in the area.

They screwed up on my room that I booked.

Decent breakfast rooms were clean as well as rest of hotel water slide only operates on weekends disappointing for grandkids booked room for that reason and found out at check in

The Suite was perfect, as I and other family members staying at the Hotel, would gather at the end of the day. On two occasions, there was one staff member that was not helpful. After we attended a family funeral service, I asked if we could borrow a chair to accommodate an extra person visiting our Suite from another room. I was flat out told no, no chairs in the hotel would be moved, she had zero compassion. On the next day, we had the Do Not Disturb sign on our door while we showered. We took the Do Not Disturb sign off and left the room at 10:30 AM and returned at 5:00 PM. Upon returning, our room was not made up, nor were we given clean towels. I told the same girl I wanted the room cleaned and fresh towels. She told me all Housekeeping had left at 3:00 PM, she was alone and I shouldn't have had my Do Not Disturb sign on the door... while we were showering! I was not very happy with this response and insisted our Invoice be adjusted, to which she replied she would not do an adjustment. Towels were eventually brought up, but the unprofessional and poor Customer Service is unacceptable. A partial refund and an apology is the only way I would stay here again.

My room must have had a booking that smoked in it prior to my arrival because it smelled like they emptied multiple bottles of freshener in it which was quite unpleasant and lingered for my multiple day stay. Also, the washroom kinda still smelled like smoke initially. I will say that I do appreciate that they did something to try to correct the issue though. The complimentary breakfast was overall pretty good, and I appreciated that they changed what was available daily (?), but in all of my visits (seven stays so far), I notice that the milk in the carafe always tastes at least a bit spoiled. I hope that they'll take steps to avoid that in future. The rooms are quite capable of being heated and cooled very effectively, although the HVAC systems in the room are a bit loud, so I usually turn it off before I go to sleep. One thing I very much want them to address is that, on the first floor, it is harder NOT to see into the rooms from outside than it is to see. If any lights are on or it's daytime, it is necessary to keep the curtains firmly shut if the occupant wants privacy, or not to be seen in a state of undress. The gauzy curtains are worthless, and the heavy curtains literally turn the room into pitch black (they also trap the AC or heat to between the curtains and window. Some kind of privacy film would go a long way to not feeling like a exhibitionist just because you want sunlight. I do like and recommend the hotel, I just wish that these things were corrected.

The rooms were very quiet. I had a great night's sleep. The hotel is across the street from a mall, and close to eateries.

We checked in late, no issues. Breakfast was enjoyable. I recommend staying here.

This is a great hotel to stay at. Located across the street from the mall is amazing. The pool and hot tub were a fam favorite

Room was clean & staff very helpful as front desk had to come & get our TV on line as we could not get it to run; snooze button on the clock, on arrival, was blinking & there was no way to turn it off - ? Broken; had to unplug it; worst part was the loud banging that started around 8 PM till 10 & then again in AM at 545 to 630 by a group of ?construction workers continually going in/out the “NO EXIT” door & the door banged continuously - sad they had no respect for the room we paid for
