There is no way this was a 5 star hotel. Room and the whole hotel needs renovation. Broken furniture, and neglected areas were obvious. The reception and some staff were rude. One staff asked for more tip! The food was less than average, stale and the 24 hour cafeteria was a joke with leftover food. Won't go there again.

Loved the waterslides, just wish they were open a bit more (same with beach access/pool, can't swim at night). Internet can be very slow. Staff was super friendly and buffet had good food variety. Had a wonderful couple's vacation there.

The staff is amazing. Very professional and wait on you hand and foot. I would only suggest that more of their staff should speak English. They cater primarily to Germans who don’t even make an effort to learn to say “Merhaba.” C’mon Germans, you aren’t center of the Universe. Learn a sentence or two of Turkish for the love of God.

Didnt like this hotel . Full of rude obnoxious Germans. Lots of shouting at all hours of night . Poor entertainment if you are British as they only cater for Germans . I asked 3 different members of the entertainment team to compare in english too but sat there all night not having a clue what was going on . Good was just OK . Mostly cold or run out . Wont be going back again . Xx

We had a fantastic stay at villa side Residence was a brilliant get away for us. Food drink was really good and the whole staff at this resort was one of the best that we have stayed at. We have already booked to go back and I’m sure it won’t be the last time.

They really have forgot nothing from sewing kits- smiling faces 😃food is excellent and hot, facilities outstanding ! one small issue room temp is set by hotel and was a bit warm for me but one of the best I've stayed in ever

The property was close to markets. Food is delicious and staff were helpfull. Animation team were OK but not perfect. Overall it’s a nice hotel with good location.

Excellent holiday

All staff friendly, hotel and room beautiful and clean. Animation team first class. Buffet restaurant a little repetitive but A La Carte restaurant excellent despite €8 p.p
