Not recommended. Better find another place, it's like a scam. The sink is crooked, the room is dirty, the paint is peeling, the floor is dirty, the room is stuffy and smelly, and there are no windows. Access to everything is via stairs, which is a bit of a hassle if you're carrying a suitcase. Even complaining about changing rooms wasn't possible because they were full.

All the hotel staff were very friendly, especially Maya, who was very helpful when we wanted to extend our stay. The location is also strategic, right in the heart of KL's culinary scene. You guys should definitely book this hotel; it's highly recommended!

The location is the only winner due to its strategic location, but the amenities are lacking. TV and hot water shouldn't be included. I've tried all the rooms, but the TV is broken.

The FO staff here are all great, very kind and friendly. The only bad thing is the room cleaning service, Ririn, she's rude!!! The room I took had an open window, and there were a lot of cigarette butts, so I cleaned it myself. The hot water dispenser was dirty, oh my God, and there were even cockroaches.

The bottom line is, this location is super duper strategic. For around 300,000 Rupiah per night, it's already a bargain. It's right next to the Alor Street entrance. There are plenty of foot massages right in front of the hotel. There's also KK Market and Sevel. The only downside is the lack of an elevator. That's it. Overall, so good!

There was a rat in the room, I asked to move rooms but they said it was full, I only got a bar of soap, I didn't get a toothbrush or toothpaste, the electric kettle was rusty inside, the price was not okay, and they asked for tax.

This hotel is nice and quite big and cheap so you can save money.
