Good location for a business trip, but not for a sea vacation

front desk staff was so nice. I arrived very early and she was able to let me into my room earlier than the check in time! The transit system around the hotel is very good and there is a great gas station next to the hotel convenience. It is also very close and walkable to many major sites, the beach, museums and more. The room itself was very clean, it was a HUGE room. The bed was comfortable and the re was more than enough space to relax.

Room was very nice and large. The robes were a nice touch. Breakfast was great with many items to choose from.

Nice modest place. Clean. Slightly noisy. Spa is limited to a sauna only.

Great customer service. Very clean !

Very good hotel, walking distance to the centre of Varna

We selected Aqua Varna because of it's location close to restaurants at the port and the centra pedestrian area. The cost was reasonable for the quality of the hotel and it had on site parking. The hotel restaurant was good and the staff were very helpful. Well done AQUA

If you are on business and need internet service, forget it! Internet on the 6th floor is nearly non existent and drops frequently! The only place that has decent internet is in the lobby. I was ready to sleep on the couch in the lobby.

I stayed here for 1 night when traveling for business. It was absolutely satisfactory: check-in was available for 24 hours, the room was equipped with a kettle , tea, coffee. What surprised me was that the corridors and common areas looked cleaner than the room itself. In the room there was mold near the window and some mold in the bathroom that was painted over. The bedsheets had a couple of stains on them. Otherwise all good.

Pleasant hotel. Very convenient for the railway station.

- The area is very quiet, it is good if you want to relax . -the breakfast is very good. - the staff are very helpful. - as a solo, the location is ok for me, but for a family using public transportation it would be bit difficult to move, it is 10 - 15 mins away ( walking )from the train station Mozzate .

Nice looking hotel, comfortable room, eight across the street from the train station and bus stop.

The hotel is in a fairly good location - it is very close to the train station and is within walking distance of the city centre. The hotel was clean and it was clear that it was undergoing refurbishment - the room was very modern, though the bathroom was in desperate need of a refit.
