The location of the hotel is right opposite a nightclub, so at night, especially during holidays and weekends, the noise from the club enters the room. Then, the hotel lobby has no canopy and cars cannot enter, so if it rains, you get wet. Then the room I got had a really hot AC and the table lamp had no light bulb. I had set the AC to a maximum temperature of 18 but it was still really hot. It felt like I wasn't using AC, even like a sauna. Then the next morning I complained to the receptionist, the receptionist responded that they would check the AC in my room. That night I went back to the room, and it turned out that the AC had not changed. I slept for 2 nights in hot conditions, so I woke up soaking wet. I complained again to the receptionist that the AC in my room was hot and I wanted to move rooms, the guard allowed me to move rooms, but it could only be done during the day because I had to rush to leave. So I still asked to move rooms at night. In the end, I still moved to a room with a working AC. So I hope that before giving a room to a customer, all the facilities are checked first.
