There was an issue with the room because of heavy rains and nothing under the hotels control, but the way the team handled everything was truly outstanding. The staff were attentive, professional, and genuinely eager to make things right. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and well taken care of, which made all the difference. Despite the hiccup, I left with a very positive impression and would happily stay here again. The hotel is in a great location and the beach club is really nice! We even saw dolphins in the sea when sitting at the pool's bar which was insane.

The staff and food of the resturant of this place totally made this hotel. It is such a charming place. I would stay there again without any hesitation.

I love this property. The only thing I wish I could choose more than ocean view or town side. This room was on top of the restaurant so I could barely see the sea. I would have chosen a higher floor if I could have for a better view.

This was my 2nd time to stay at Tropical Suites. The rooms are big and clean, food is very good, only hotel with a pool. And the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Tropical Suites, if you will be in Bocas.

This place was higher quality than expected! Very clean and the staff was excellent!

We had a beatiful room with a porch facing the street but with trees and foliage blocking the street for the most part. Nice comfortable chairs on the porch. Disappointed it didn't face the water but after talking to others I think we got a better room. Room was beautiful with little kitchen. No microwave which would have been nice but a stove. Staff were great. Lovely bar and pool area overlooking the ocean.

Located on the water. Staff was excellent. The meals in the restaurant were amazing. All the choices were healthy, fresh...we never ate anywhere else during the 3 days we were there.

Expensive stay in Bocas but it was the best value we could get. Great breakfast options. Beautiful view of the sea from the pool area.

This property was very nice, very comfortable. Everything you need is in the rooms. Very clean. Nice pool, with swim-up bar. Good restaurant. But, the best part: the personnel were extremely friendly!!! No matter who you spoke to, they kind & courteous. We would definitely return!!

An incredible place to stay. We stayed during the week, and it was quiet and beautiful. Highly recommend a poolside/waterfront view. The restaurant offered great brunch and dinner options. The drinks by the pool were incredible. The staff went above and beyond for us.

Lovely more upscale hotel compared to others in Boca. Improvement would have been umbrellas at lounge chairs around the pool. Lounge chairs in poor condition. Bar service slow but otherwise enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful staff, very helpful by giving directions, booking tours, and providing taxis. The attached restaurant was impressive and the staff also were very friendly and professional. Great views on the decks and the only pool in town! It just couldn’t get any better!

We were disappointed with our stay at Tropical Suites Hotel in Bocas del Toro. Despite paying premium prices, the hotel felt more like a less-than-three-star experience. The rooms were dingy, outdated, and in need of renovation. Worse, they appeared dirty, which made our stay uncomfortable. While the staff was friendly and the restaurant offered tasty, healthy options, it wasn’t enough to make up for the overall quality of the accommodations. This hotel seems better suited for younger travelers, but for those 50 looking for comfort and quality, it falls short. We ended up leaving two days early, despite the financial loss, as we couldn’t justify staying longer. Unfortunately, we would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.
