The staff is helpful, but the toilet and the air conditioner is both bad.

I know it was a budget hotel but I was very terrified, it will be my 1st and last stay here because that night out room was blackout and they don't do the maintenance on the spot ... they asked we to wait for more than 30mins till maintenance come and lastly we been asked to change our room ..it can be considered they don't provided heater.. but at least bathroom prepare the better piping.. all accommodation were broken.. the service also not friendly..

The rooms are not clean, especially in toilets / bathrooms that are not maintained, do not provide drinking water. Anyway it's not fun and I will no longer stay at the Liwah hotel. I forgot to take photos of the condition of the room and toilet.
