It's a lovely property. Clean, helpful staff, very nice breakfast. The surrounding location feels safe. I have stayed here twice now and enjoyed both trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great property. It would be helpful if check in staff knew English. Also Woolf be helpful to have English signage on the property. Also have smart tv in the rooms with access to English programming.

This hotel has an amazing view of the city on the 20th floor and is a spectacular reason to stay at this hotel. The pool is also on the balcony!!

Super close to the Central church where I was attending the Global Awakening conference! It was a Grey place and huge room!!

I have been staying at this hotel for a few years now and I was disappointed to see that the hotel is starting to look run down and in need of upkeep. The rooms are spacious, with the usual amenities and washing machine, which is a bonus when you have been travelling for a few weeks and need to do your laundry. The hotel should offer chargeable drinks in the fridge. I like the location and the hotel staff are pleasant and helpful. I had problems with the tv in the room and it was not replaced. I returned to the hotel a few days later and was given a different room and the tv in that room had the same issue, which was not put right once again. I hope they bring the hotel back up to standard by my next visit.

I spent 3 days at the hotel and cannot recommend it highly enough. The rooms are very large and are more like a studio apartment than a hotel room, with a small kitchen area with large fridge freezer, washing machine, cupboards, etc.; two separate living areas, one with a sofa and TV and one with a round table and four chairs. The facilities are quite modern and well looked after. Parking facilities are free of charge and finding a place is not a problem. I look forward to staying at the Ville Celestine Condo Hotel & Eventos again in future trips. This is now my hotel of choice in Belo Horizonte.

Infelizmente o quarto que me hospedaram estava com problema no acionamento da luz, o ar condicionado estava jorrando água dentro do quarto, faltava shampoo no banheiro e cobertor. Pedi para me realocar, no outro quarto o chuveiro estava liberado pouquíssima água, o ar da sala com defeito… não foi nada agradável.

O hotel possui, dos andares mais altos e da área da piscina, uma bela vista do Parque do Mosteiro (maior área verde da região Centro-Sul da cidade). A equipe foi super prestativa: tive um pequeno problema com as toalhas, que foi rapidamente resolvido. Pretendo continuar voltando e recomendo.

Melhorar a limpeza do banheiro, havia cabelos atrás da porta do banheiro. Refazer o rejunte do banheiro pois água do chuveiro vaza no banheiro. No mais quarto Gigante ! Bom Ar condicionado , café da manhã excelente. Estacionamento coberto

Acho que o hotel precisa renovar as roupas de banho e observar mais a limpeza da roupa de cama. As fronhas estavam manchadas. A ducha de um dos quartos estava com defeito.
