This wonderful hotel truly welcomes dogs by providing dog bowls, a special cover so the dog can get on the bed and they even provided a dog towel. Our dog was welcome to join us at breakfast where we had a separate table away from the rest and Charlie was given a dog chew. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay again. It was very comfortable and a great location - thank you

This is simply the best place to stay in Lytham St Anne’s. The rooms are lovey, tastefully decorated with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The breakfast is perfect, everything you could want to start the day the right way. The best thing though is the staff. Each and every one of them provide the finest Lancashire Hospitality and this is what sets it apart from other hotels and bnb’s in the local area. Nothing is too much trouble and they go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need. The icing on the cake is being a dog friendly place to stay, knowing we can bring our dog just makes it a fantastic experience. Thank you to Sue and all the wonderful team at Howarth House. It was a clean room with good space. If you have a large car you are best parking on the road. A great breakfast and a lovely landlady. Very dog friendly and no extra charge for dogs. We will certainly be back for another visit

Clean room, small but well equipped, pleasant staff, good breakfast. Car park very small and tight so I opted to park on the road.

The room was lovely, with beautiful bedding. Breakfast was great, food was always well cooked.

This was our first time at this property. We received a lovely welcome and was given the keys to our room. It was a lovely bright room with a small balcony which was a great addition. The room had everything you needed for a short stay. The bathroom was small but had everything you needed. We had a comfortable nights sleep and the breakfast was lovely all freshly cooked. Everyone was friendly. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful place, the family room was perfect. Loads of little touches that the kids loved. Slept really well not a scrap if light through the curtains, all still fast asleep at 9am. Tasty breakfast with plenty of choice. Parking not great as only 6 spaces and really tight but managed to park free on the next side street. Owner/host really friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely be back.
