Terrible!!!

It was a terrible experience we had. When we checked in hotel , we saw one hotel manager was fighting with customer . They have heated argument and it was so loud. We checked in around 11:10 pm. At one moment i feel unsafe for my wife as they were trying to hit each other. My wife was nervous and didn’t want to have this experience as she is pregnant. We came for relax and we found this. I would like to suggest to staff to solve matter in the office rather than on the floor or lift area. I was suppose to check out same time as we feel scared. But we paid already . It would be great if you understand our concern thanks

Nice/renovated and practical hotel. Nice restaurant attached to it. Mall and restaurants across from this hotel at a walking distance.

Excellent hotel with perfect location

Le stationnement est inadéquat, l'accès à l'avant est difficile et chaotique, il y a très peu de stationnement à l'arrière. L'entrée par l'arrière est mal identifiée et pas du tout pratique. Les ascenseurs sont minuscules et terriblement lents, on doit attendre plusieurs tours avant de pouvoir les utiliser. Les cages d'escalier sont dégueulasses et sentent vraiment mauvais. Pour aller à la piscine on doit aller à la réception échanger une clé de la chambre pour la clé de la piscine à chaque fois qu'on veut y aller. Aucune réglementation ou surveillance à la piscine, c'est le chaos quand il y a beaucoup de monde et comme c'est très petit il y a de l'eau qui éclabousse partout, les serviettes et les vêtements, tout est mouillé, il y a une seule toilette dans le hall. Personnellement je ne retournerai jamais à cet hôtel.

Staff were often rushing to get to the next person, elevators were a 10 minute plus wait, Expedia pictures did not accurately represent the property, and the room was too compact and had worn furniture. Did I let the staff know? No because they showed no care or professionalism. An overpriced stay.

Our stay was disappointing. It wasn't possible to control the room temperature, and it dropped to around 17°C during the night, making it very uncomfortable to sleep. On top of that, our room was on the main floor right next to the elevator, so it was extremely noisy throughout the night.

Breakfast included would have put this review to 5 stars all around :)

They didn't put tea bag in room. The floor was dirty when we checked in. Thry didn't change dirty blanket

Amazing hotel. Clean rooms

Great property, well maintained, clean big rooms. We stayed for 2 days and 2 nights, and sincerely enjoyed our stay! Well recommended!

Belle chambre, avec un balcon inaccessible. La porte-fenêtre ne s'ouvre pas. Oui, je sais, ...la climatisation. Je reviendrai. Merci.

Tha outside of the property needs work but the inside clean. The reason I’m giving it a 3 star is because we went there for one day and was hoping to go swimming and the pool was closed. No notice was given prior to our arrival.

Chambre à côté des ascenseurs et de la piscine : très bruyant. Le manque de stationnement a fait que des clients se sont stationnés n’importe où et nous sommes restés coincés dans le stationnement souterrain le temps que les clients viennent déplacer leur véhicule.

The room was clean but the hallway carpets were old and dirty. The elevators were very slow .

Friendly staff. Showe curling was ready to fall off.
