Very clean and spacious hotel room. Pool is nice and accesible daily until 10pm. Parking below hotel does fill up in the evening. Rooms have a large tv, mini fridge (with freezer), coffee maker, and microwave. Temperature can be set within the room. Beds were comfortable and with different pillow options. Bathroom is small but has a bath/shower and vanity. Location is close to many good restaurants including two within the hotel. Cosmos restaurant was very fun and steps away. Two large malls are 5min walk away. Staff is friendly, though check-in was long. Room was ready early and at a good price.

The wifi was painfully slow. The indoor parking is very tight. Our room temp was at 26 degrees when we set it at 19. After calling the reception, they mentioned having no A.C at the moment and that there wasn’t any other room available. Said that there was no ventilator available etheir. The beds are comfy but other than that, not a great experience.

The check in was good. The elevators are extra small, one of the coffee glass was dirty, the tapestry was peeling from the wall over the bed, there's no mirror outside the bathroom, the pressure on the showerhead was bad and the running machine in the gym aren't working (not connected and the plug are not the same as the regular ones) On the good side, the bed was super comfortable and the big chair by the bed was pretty cute and comfy too

Staff is great and welcoming, location is great, but all three rooms I was in had ants all over the bathroom, were in bad shape and cleaning wasn't great. Heavy water damage in bathrooms and broken/dirty molding, I found plastic in the bed on the first night, I found hair that definitely wasnt mine and unidentified stains in folded towels. Heating/AC was locked in all my rooms so I was stuck at 23 degrees. I didn't expect luxury for that price, but I didn't expect to find literal insects in all my rooms.

Overall I had a good experience. Free parking, free wi-fi (with decent speeds) and indoor pool are all great add-ons. However, when you rent a room, you're looking for comfort first and foremost. The temperature in the room was waaay too hot (hovering between 23 and 25 degrees) and no matter how much I tried, the room's temperature controls were completely unresponsive. There was also no way of turning OFF the AC/Heater thing and it made an astounding amount of noise. Our room had an orange, high back chair that had someone's bodily fluids splattered on it. Gross.
