Helpful staff Location convenient to restaurants Wish the breakfast was open until 10am instead of 9am

The hotel was very quiet nd clean. The bed was comfortable and had a walk-in shower with great water pressure and plenty of hot water.

Staff was friendly, clean and comfortable room (although it seemed very dated). Breakfast good, although the room could be bigger... limited seating

Our stay was okay. The staff are friendly & helpful. Our room was clean, but had a muggy odd carpet smell. The breakfast was not great, but the coffee was good! The hotel is located minutes away from downtown Waynesboro and near other restaurants.

Bathroom/shower should have been cleaned better, toilet seat was broken, and there was food on the floor behind the chair.

Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and smelled good. Hotel needs a bit of updating. Seemed like they had started renovation in the bathroom, but it definitely wasn't finished. The TV was unique--had to have staff come to the room to explain how to use it. The shower head had multiple options, however the water pressure was quite low. The staff was excellent and very helpful!

Stay at this location for doctor's appointments at UVA. It is conveniently located and has always provided a good night's sleep, as well as friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, staff was very friendly, and a great breakfast. If ever I drive Skyline Drive again, this will be my place to stay.

My husband and I stay here annually while visiting family. We love it!

Our room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed a mini-workout in the gym with equipment that was all maintained and free weights as well. The breakfast room was pleasant and clean.

First impression was that it wasn’t quite as nice as the photos on the Expedia website. Having said that the room was large, clean and the bed was comfy. AC worked great but was a little noisy when it initially kicked in. Bathroom was super clean and looked like it had been recently updated. Breakfast was better than expected and bacon was in the menu. Coffee was decent and the staff were super friendly. All in all a good place to spend the night.
