Excellent location and 24 hour coffee bar was a bonus

Very convenient location close to the shopping and metro stations.

We love this hotel and stay here everytime we come to Madrid. The location can't be beat. The staff are lovely,warm and friendly. There is a nice common area on the top floor with simple offerings including coffee and bisuits or o prepare food. The rooms are of a decent size and functional.

I would stay there again if I ever went to Madrid, that was a very nice hotel is clean. The personnel was very nice was very pleased with the property.

This property is in a very good place to explore Madrid. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The beds are very comfortable and shower pressure is excellent. If your room is at the front of the B and B it is quite noisy at night. There a is a roof terrace were you can smoke which is a very good idea because i would feel vulnerable standing outside at night in the street. Also on the 5th floor there is free coffee, water and juice.

Great location. Easy access to metro stations, dining, shopping etc. The room felt a little Small, but it was overall great. We were there for only one night so we didn’t mind at all. We could store luggage which was great. Overall great stay

Perfectly located right at the beginning of Centro Fuencarral, where you can reach everything by foot is 30 minutes ride from Barajas airport depends on traffic, Uber is accessible at the airport just follow the instructions for it. Nice and friendly staff the hotel is clean and have snacks accessible 24/7. Perfect for the price.

Staff at front desk is courteous and welcoming. Hotel room was ready for an early check in at 12pm and clean upon arrival. Also, hotel is located to all amenities and in walking distance to all the attractions.

The place is well located and has 4 things a traveller appreciate at night: a good mattress, dark, silent and good temperature! A better lighting in the room would be better. The bathroom has no real walls, they’re glass. A bit uncomfortable sometimes.

Excelente atención y limpieza

The room was clean and the staff was excellent. They took care of our delayed luggages when it was delivered by the airline days before we arrived. I like the common area at the 5th floor. The only con I have was the 2nd room we stayed needs some repair. The glass panel that serves as an end table were coming off the rack. The window can noy be shut completely.But I will stay at this hotel.as it has great location too.

The staff were helpful and friendly, we got there early and they stored our bags for us. The room was as expected, good value for your money.

This is actually our 2nd time staying at this hotel.The room was very clean. We had 2 different rooms book at different dates as we extended our stay before we went to Madrid. The first room was excellent but the 2nd room although very clean, there were like the glass panel for the side table and the windows can not be completely shotpneeded to be repaired.

The walls and floors were water damaged, the bathroom dirty, not at all as advertised! The location is great if you like being in the hub of things, lots of restaurants and shopping around and good location for waking to local sights. Staff was friendly and helpful

Great large double bed with great mattress for a restful sleep. Clean room. Friendly staff. Flexibility on check-in time (after midnight from late flight), amenities and loved the rooftop lounge!

Very central hotel by Gran Via. Lots of shopping and food options. Plaza Mayor is 15-minutes away by foot. Friendly staff and great service. And room is functional and comfortable, with an in-room safe and small fridge. Highly recommended.
