During Eid al-Fitr, the room was priced at 600,000 Rupiah, despite prompt cleaning by the hotel staff. The toilet smelled and was dirty, and the drain was clogged. The pillowcases also looked like they hadn't been changed. Furthermore, the air conditioning wasn't cooling at night, making sleeping uncomfortable. The cleanliness and functionality of the air conditioning need to be improved.

My go-to hotel every time I visit Subang City, whether alone or with friends. It's great 👍👍👍👍👍

I have been a long time subscriber to Hotel Betha every time I visit Subang, the hotel is clean, the service is friendly, the food is delicious, and it is safe too.

When I first arrived here last month, the room was clean and fragrant, and the toilet was okay. I decided to stay again yesterday in an executive room, but I was disappointed because it was full of termites, dirty, and smelly. Finally, I upgraded to a suite, but it was the same, dirty and smelly, and the food wasn't as good as the first time. Please pay more attention to every corner and don't be stingy with the room freshener, especially the toilet. Also, the food, don't use the same branded bread. The food tasted haphazard, even though I was probably the first guest to have breakfast because the food was still neatly presented.

The AC is not cold, and water is dripping from the AC.

I've stayed here several times. I had a special request for a room at the back, because the hotel's location is close to the main road, but instead I was given a room at the front. The AC leaked, the soap dispenser was empty, and the toiletries only included a toothbrush and toothpaste. There was an organization activity at the hotel, and the neighboring rooms were noisy because it wasn't soundproof. Luckily, I got a room with a connecting door. The lobby is the center of guest activities, and it's smoke-free, so it's not comfortable at all. Service and facilities need to be improved.

This is the first time I've stayed in a hotel that wasn't clean, from the lobby to the room, especially the bathroom, even the towels weren't white anymore... please improve it.

The cleanliness is not worth it, the facilities etc, next time maybe we can make the customer more comfortable.

Sorry, it's not worth it out of all the hotels, the usual ones prepared in hotels, the AC is not cold, before entering the bathroom, toothpaste is ready, etc., but this should be complained first, in the room it seems like it hasn't been swept, there are dead geckos, lots of small ants, dirty bathroom, the food tastes high in salt & high in sugar, the porridge is also bland, next time it can be improved. Guest comfort should be the main priority.. we are embarrassed with the guests we bring..
