Everything is disappointing, uncomfortable, there is no water.

Staff were really helpful and shout out to the girl (I forget the name) she was help me from the very beginning. It's a good place it should be, but since lack of maintenance in some parts made it worst 1. Television, fix the aerial. I stay in 2 different rooms but the televisions were the same. 2. Bathtub, first room there's no cover for the drain, second room everything looked perfect for the first time till I tried to fill it and found out the drain was leak sad. Additional the water so poor... 3. The Wall, The first room was nice however lots of spider web on the top. The second room, the wall was poor seriously... Cleanliness was ok

The place is clean and comfortable, the staff is super friendly.

No daily housekeeping and floor very dirty. Water pressure very low when using bathroom. Bedsheet with wholes.

This villa is really inadequate, the electricity is dead because it runs out of tokan, the staff's turn to be reminded is even angry, finally we check out that day too, and it's very strange that a staff there called Agung even shouted, I could sell the room again. really unethical, we are guests not animals, and we pay but are treated like animals.

Note: Website stated this hotel as a 3 Star Hotel. Well let me start 1. I booked this hotel for 4D3N. I believe the photos showed in website for this hotel is taken 10000 years ago when human are not even exist. The Hotel is located on a small road far from the mainroad and it's quite hard to find. Especially if you drive a car. 2. As soon as we arrived the hotel keeper gave us 2 towel that is so dirty that it turned yellow-ish. I was staying with my wife.(why do we say hotel keeper? because he is the only hotel staff in this place. he take care of everything in the hotel) 3. The bathroom is extremely smell bad. I can't stand the smell even when the bathroom door closed. the hotel keeper said it smell so bad because they are using water from the well, but how come it smells like septic tank? I can't sleep at night because of the smell 4. The Hotel Keeper said that the breakfast will be provided around 8.30 am tomorrow morning. I woke up around 8.00 am and then waited for 2 hours (10 am) still no sign of the food yet. I got really hungry and finally decided to call the hotel keeper (he was nowhere to be found in the hotel that morning). He picked up the phone and said that I have to find the cook staff that will cook our breakfast. Can you imagine that? he told me to find the cook staff? The Guest? Finally we found the cook staff and he was standing outside the hotel entrance. He said sorry because he wasn't aware that we already woke up. How could he know that we already woke up if you not even in the hotel area? 5. There is a 24/7 dog guarding the main entrance to the hotel. Finally me and my wife decided to checkout after just 1 night staying in the hotel. And remember website stated the hotel as a 3 star Hotel

The service is satisfactory but the facilities are not very satisfying. AC is not cold, electricity often dies due to lack of power. Only 1 car parked even though I brought 2 cars. One car is parked far enough, and it can go home above 11pm.

Rooms are not cleaned every day. Cannot request at breakfast time. At 7 o'clock the electricity died many times with the reason that the electricity token ran out and this could be hours the AC was not cold.

Very happy to stay here, the staff is very friendly, right? like at home but 1 is lacking, the water smells, because it is indeed well water but so far so gooded if you go to Bali, definitely come here again.

The entrance is small and somewhat confused. The room is comfortable. only service like at home. All-round self service. Free breakfast but only jam and sausage bread, and even cook it yourself, it's reasonable according to the cheap rate

Everything is okay, just like at home, want to cook, you want to take your own drink in the kitchen, the place is even in the middle of the settlement but it is just right for relaxing. Just love the water smells of soil.

Initially we were still doubtful about staying overnight. But after staying here, I'm very happy. Five star hotel facilities. The pool is clean and fresh. The rooms are super comfortable and have air conditioning and a nice bathtub, Makasih Bali Live Villas. Unfortunately there is no mushala hehe. Suitable for family and honeymoon holidays.

The room was spacious and we Love the bathtub also. the price was affordable. difficult to find the address, but it is worth it when you know that the place are located in secluded area and you can hear nothing but the bird chirping in the morning.
