Precisaria de uma revitalizada, pois a estrutura é muito boa. A conservação e limpeza poderiam ser aprimoradas.

I’ve stayed at this hotel many times before, I like that this is the only hotel in this city with a pool, nice restaurant, kid friendly yard areas. The hotel is well located, quiet and safe. But the rooms need urgent improvement. Room had an old rusted mini bar and furniture were bit up. The room was extremely filthy upon arrival and it did not get better any time after. Cleaners did a horrible job and often left us without toilet paper, soap and clean towels. Beds did not have proper sheet sets and towels were after stained and dirty. The floors and shower walls were an absolutely disgusting the whole time. Tv had no internet connection and trash cans were broken and rusted.

The hotel is outdated and needs more attention on cleaning! Many times the cleaners didn't even take out the trash in the bathroom. Very uncomfortable bed, hard mattress and pillows. Old and worn bath towels. I think it's time for a major overhaul!

Amazing place amazing stuff very clean very nice stuff

Very comfortable and relaxed hotel with great landscaping everywhere and amazing staff always going the extra mile for the guest enjoyment.The hotel offers an amazing swimming pool, sauna, restaurant and bar services in a way you don't need to go out if you don't feel like. I didn't go for any business meeting or event but for a simple country side getaway with my family and everything was just great. Highly recommended place to stay in Limeira.

Café da manhã muito bom. Área externa, piscina, academia e outras áreas também muito bom. Mas deixou muito a desejar na limpeza do quarto. Me hospedei no quarto 290 e o box do banheiro, na parte de baixo estava com uma crosta preta parecendo que nunca viu uma bucha... Paredes do banheiro na parte de cima, com sinais de algo parecido com mofo.... Frigobar com a borracha muito suja.... Toalha com cheiro ruim parecido com roupa que não secou direito.
