Rooms recently updated. Very clean. Great location

Great location , really nice rooms for the money. And the parking should be included if you’re staying more than 3 days. Just as a bonus. Thats all. To pay $15 a day for parking is crazy.

Our suite was very large and the view of the street was great!

Expedia and Strathcona argue about who did what, but in the end, the room was cancelled without me knowing until I tried to check in. I had to find alternate accommodation on my own, last minute, so paid double the price. Expedia refuses to give a full refund, even though it wasn’t me who cancelled. I will not be using Expedia for any more travel.

Great location and a very updated and clean room

The room was clean and top location, bed was incredibly comfortable. Jesse the night manager was beyond accommodating, I’ll definitely be staying here again next visit. Thanks again to to the team especially Jesse who handled a busy Halloween evening with a smile and laughs :)

Me and my boyfriend really enjoyed the experience specially the receptionist namely Elvie, she accomodate us in checking in and checking out.

They have a check in you can do online but we checked in at the front desk. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Room was clean and a good size. Great location to all sorts of sightseeing adventures. Park in front of the hotel to check in and then there is a parking lot around the corner in/out privileges. Since the upgrades have been done it really is that much nicer.

The staff were highly exceptional! Things are never perfect in any hotel. The decor, choice of pictures, smooth check in/ checkout and amenities were well worth it! We have stayed in four other places in Victoria with beautiful harbour views. I will say this hotel seemed to have the easiest walk around location for everything. Beautiful heritage building and happy to stay there. Thank you

There was a receptionist who had black hair. He was fully patient and polite, providing excellent customer service and making our journey memorable and convenient. I appreciate all his help and will give him 5 out of 5 stars.
