Staff were super-friendly. Hotel was lovely & quaint. Rooms cleaned daily without fail. Rail station to airport is just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. Vavin Metro station is just a 12-minute walk giving access to all around Paris via interchanging lines. Bus services also just a short walk away. Shower, toilet TV, lighting all worked perfectly. No air-con advertised, so fans provided in the room. I would stay again in a heartbeat.

I used it very much as a base for wider travelling so it really was somewhere just to sleep. However, brilliantly located for the part of Paris I needed to be, the staff were extremely friendly and couldn’t have been more helpful, and were always at the desk at whatever time of day or night I returned. I felt rather sad saying goodbye to the place - I’d definitely consider going back here

Clean, easy to get around, in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Breakfast was reasonable, staff friendly. Would stay here again.

Nice hotel with great front desk personnel but one thing lacking is air conditioning as we were there last week during a heatwave.

This charming little two star steps from the RER Port Royal station is a gem. Friendly welcoming reception staff. An excellent buffet breakfast with scrambled eggs for 10€ - a first for us in Paris at this price. All in all best value for money of the several hotels we have visited in Paris. Would highly recommend to those who enjoy a quit residential neighborhood experience mere steps away from transit and Luxembourg Gardens and other sights.

Very pleasant staff, clean rooms and a great basic breakfast. The beds were excellent too. I would definitely stay there again.

My stay was “ok”. Hotel is super dated and basic, but has a great location in proximity of the metro. I expected it to be a bit more clean and up to date based on the photos, and that disappointed me because of the high price for the night. Also, I could hear construction or something going on in the room above me for several hours beginning in the early morning hours, and housekeeping vacuuming and opening and shutting doors since 6am, so I wasn’t able to sleep well. Staff was friendly, good location, terrible sleep and room could use some upgrades and cleaning is the walls.

Basic and nice hotel, perfect for those who need just some place to sleep while spending time in Paris and exploring it.The location is good and quiet enough. It is very close to train station where the train to Charles de Gaulle Airport, and metro station about 10 min. walk away with direct lines to most of important attractions of Paris.

I was ill when I arrived the hotel, so the stuff made me check in earlier at noon. Good location near RER port-royal and Luxembourg. Safe area and quiet street in Paris. But no kettle in the room.

Very sweet hotel, lovely breakfast. Good security, as the lobby door was locked at night. There was no shower as we were on the top floor, and the roof was slanted. Had to sit in the tub with a hand held device. Have to say it worked out fine. :)

So convenient to access the RER B, Quiet, wonderful staff, excellent options for breakfast. Been staying in this Hotel for the past 15 years, during my visits to Paris. Never disappointed, I am looking forward to the next visit,
