This property will always be my favorite place to stay in Crescent city. The staff is always so amazing. The property is always clean, and truly love there job, and always love to help. Our vaca started off as a nightmare, our front desk Brittany came to the rescue in helping us sort out rooms and accommodations. And gave us more feed back to help with our previous hotel which was a nightmare. Best Western is my favorite place to stay.

One night stay. Overpriced. Shasta the manager was awesome, very friendly, professional and efficient. Had a comfy bed, WiFi, hot shower. Hot tub was out of order…one of the reasons we booked here. 😥

The service was very friendly and of course the complementary breakfast was amazing because it had waffles

It was fine. A typical beach town motel. Next time we’re in the area we’d try for something a bit more upscale.

The property is dated and calling it a Best Western Plus is misleading. The room was comfortable but the walls are thin. Could hear conversations from neighboring rooms. The girl who checked us in was clueless- didn’t know there was a harbor across the street- just had to look out the window and down the street. There is still a restaurant/lounge sign where one had apparently been. The breakfast was served in part of that building. It was fine- nice view of the harbor from there. We have stayed in many Best Western hotels- and had expected more for the price we paid.

Floors could be mopped better, I found a blonde hair in my folded, unused towel. But otherwise it was nice, no frills, but it did the job.

The property is old. The rooms are dated, old matresses, old towels, yet still a significant cost

Liked how near to the ocean it was. Didn’t like how rundown the hotel was for the price.

It was okay for what we needed. Pool is small and cold water. Hot tub and sauna not working. Room was real small but it was clean. You can hear a lot of noise from other rooms and outside. Lots to do right around the hotel though!

Comfortable stay, view from the breakfast room can’t be beat! Some areas need attention - the walkway to our room was sloped down toward the parking lot and some tiles are loose. Highway noise wasn’t bad, slept well

Great location but pool was filthy, dirty wet towels all over the ground, filth floating in spa and pool.

This property boasts the only indoor pool and hot tub in Crescent city.. unfortunately both look more like a roman bath than anything. Rooms were nice but amenities need upgrading.

We’ve stayed before love it hot tub seems to be out of order. But we really enjoy staying here

There was sand in the room and the bed. The bedding was a gray dingy color. The bathtub had hair in it.

I booked a room for 7 days and was planning to extend for the whole month, when I arrived, the evening shift front desk lady was amazing and willing to help , I complained of my room having a dirty carpet and requested to switch to the other room which was much better, the front desk lady called the night auditor to ask how to switch me to another room and this night Auditor was very rude and unprofessional, refused and ordered me to cancel it and go somewhere else. I have never seen rudeness like this. I stayed in the dirty room for 7 days and I could not wait to check out and go somewhere else.I would never stay at this hotel again.

The front desk receptionists was going through her break-up while checking me in. I felt un comfortable while she was checking me in. I booked a king room but someone messed up the booking. I have to stay in a handicap queen br.
