Good location and rooms were clean. Good free breakfast. Courtyard and pool area excellent for family stays. BBQ area is provided which is convenient. Only negative is that our bathroom is a bit small and the door was too close to side wall and kept banging into it. We stayed 4 nights and were happy with our stay. I give this place overall 3.5 stars, the pool/courtyard area 4 *

Clean rooms and quiet environment. I had a situation in the middle of the night, went to the Office and asked if they knew of place that would sell Toothpaste and Toothbrush, (I forgot mine at home). Staff immediately provided mm with Toothpaste and Toothbrush, and when I asked: "How much is it", Staff responded "Courtesy of the House" Would stay again in this place.

Room was ok, we found some bugs in the bathroom. Breakfast was average. Did not use the swimming pool. Towels, linens looked like they had gone through quite a number of wash

Breakfast was nice, good hours, full house. Room was clean and tidy. Outside areas were a little unkempt with leaves and branches.

Nice place to stay. Breakfast is just ok probably good for kids.

Very disappointed that this BW lists as hot tub open but jets set to permanently off! Gross sess pool action as no circulating jets! Who wants to soak with other randoms I ask? Plus whole point is jets for back! I booked for hot tub use as stiff neck and big fail. Very disliked this. Breakfast getting weak too but prime focus was working jets! Older grump lady at breakfast should find other work too. A real pleasure, not. Got bare min at check in too but again it didn't matter if they didn't list hot tub as open!

Room wasn’t clean properly and lady in breakfast area who makes coffee was so so rude but breakfast server was nice. My stay wasn’t pleasant in this hotel.

Room clean and functional, although badly in need of updating. Larger room than expected. THE INCLUED BREAKFAST WAS THE WORST EVER EXPERIENCED!!! Didn't use the pools or hot tub, but the outdoor pool looked clean and well maintained. Some housekeeping shortfalls in that some soap and shampoo dispensers empty, and several light bulbs burnt out. Quiet on the backside of the property away from the main road. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room clean the breakfast was very good. The one Attendant at desk was friendly but was very busy trying to answer phones and check in guest

It was just plain nice-we stay in Penticton a lot-never stayed there-going to from now on

Great place to stay. Walking distance to the lake, older hotel but well maintained. Breakfast was delicious. Staff very friendly and helpful.
