The hotel was in an excellent location, near everything I wanted to see. The front desk was very helpful and the check in process was easy and quick. The customer service could not have been better the entire time I was there, from the room service to the staff upstairs in the breakfast room. The room was very comfortable, parking was plentiful, and the WiFi was great. I would definitelt recommend this hotel amd I WILL be back!

Loved my stay at Best Western. They provided an excellent full breakfast.

The staff were all courteous and helpfull. Great breakfast and we went for a swim afterwards. Our room was showing its age but otherwise first rate .

Good breakfast, helpful staff, decent rooms

Ants in the bathroom, windows that did not have light blocking curtains on them which meant most of us were awake before 6 am. Questionable carpet, mould in the bathroom, and on the windows. Faucet in bathroom did not shut off and dripped the entire time. Would pay slightly more to stay somewhere less dated. Staff were all fantastic.

The room was dark & only window was directly out to a central courtyard where hotel guests were partying. No privacy other than to leave the curtains completely closed. The bed was sagging, very uncomfortable. The built in Kleenex box fell out of the wall when I took a tissue. Convenient location for me but unlikely to stay here again. Expensive for what you get.

We were visiting friends in Penticton & it was very convenient to their home. The Best Western property is well cared for and we would like to come back later June when we can sit outside & enjoy their patio area & relax in the sunshine. The breakfast was very well done. The eggs, chunked potatoes & sausages were delicious. Lovely view of the weeping willow trees as we drank our coffee & ate breakfast. The bed was older but we still had a comfortable sleep. Looking forward to staying here again.

Indoor pool easy access comfortable. Shower curtain woulld blow open when having a shower causing water to go all over the floor. All the sticky tree dropping falling all over the back where you park .getting all over the cars .

Very nice grounds and grassed courtyard. I can see where families with children would very much enjoy it here. Also like the door that opens,to the courtyard, very convenient. Excellent breakfast as well.

We loved the room because it had two beds in their own room with a door. The room also has a kitchen. The hotel was close the Walmart and the breakfast had a lot of good food options. The employees were very friendly and helpful.

Quick get away. Brought our dog with us They have a great set up for pets Out door pool wasn’t open yet but the hot tub and indoor pool was Always refreshing Breakfast included We will be back😁

This property has been a good place to stay while my apartment is being renovated. The staff is pleasant and the breakfast is good. I look forward to using the pool and hot tub next time.
