I enjoyed what I thought was a reasonable, but after my stay, I see why it wasn't all that great. We were missing a trash can in our room, bedding and pillow cases all had some form of stains on them. The guy at the front desk was nowhere to be found for over a long time (Hispanic guy). I accidentally left a phone charger in my room and was told when I went back to get it, "any phone chargers that are left behind, get thown away. It's not about the cost of it, I felt that it's a basic principle to not toss one[s belonging. ne ow throwing one's dress

Breakfast was horrible. Smells really bad. While booking , summary showed 2 rooms but we were provided single room. Highly disappointed.

In the middle of a parking lot

Waited over 20 minutes to check in. The room was right next to dining area. Very noisy. Bed was uncomfortable.

Late check in, room was clean but bathroom really need a remodel, ceiling is dirty and falling apart, broken mirror, broken toilet paper holder, the beds were clean and comfortable.

Comfort Inn was dirty in both the room and the lobby. Will not return in the future.

Air conditioning dosent work. People smoking marijuana in the building. Stains on the bed

The hotel was clean and quiet, with friendly and accommodating staff.

It's location, and price, suited our needs to visit Binghamton

Stay here was fine. Hotel is a bit worn but a safe place to stay. Worked well traveling with kids.

The overall experience was what I have come to expect from Choice Inns.

Property in complete disrepair. Any “2023 Remodel” was done by the lowest bidder and it shows. Flooring spongy and soft and clearly placed over uneven subfloors. Staining on sheets, pillows and WALLS. Both elevators so loud it’s hard to sleep from any room of many we had. Doorways literally crooked and not square to the point there was light around the entrance door up to 1.5 inch’s. Solid 15 minutes for shower to turn lukewarm. Absolute disgrace and embarrassing for a Comfort inn. Take your money else where.

No fire hose on second floor. Only one ice machine for the whole entire hotel and was broken. So no ice front desk was surprised. Funny chemical fragrance in hallways. Plus for Expedia I was able to get a hotel last minute for a crowded sporting event.
