Staff when we checked in was very friendly and the morning staff was not.

My only complaint, which is fairly minor would be the water pressure in the shower was laughable. A praying manis could have showered in there and not got knocked over lol. Other than that price was great and I didn’t even notice the planes as there was not many. Good stay.

Clean and quiet. The check in staff were not as helpful as they have been in the past. I used my earned night and to be honest it definitely felt like they demoted the room. We got a terrible view of the roof and you couldn't see the tv from the bed. We were disappointed because we even paid extra for the nicest room. The check in staff didn't even tell us anything (ie. When breakfast was, pool times etc). The lady at check out was lovely. We are conflicted about staying here in the future. The check in staff put a sour taste on the trip which was suppose to be a fun shopping trip in the city.

Overall our stay was good. But we paid for the week of park and fly. When we returned their shuttle was down so they used an alternate cab company, then after forty minutes of waiting, it never showed with a vehicle big enough for our family (5), one of us ended up returning to the hotel for our vehicle.

The pool and hot tub were a plus for my family. The kitchen suite suited our needs with 2Q beds and a sofa suite. The full sized fridge had an actual freezer which I used to store an ice pack for my medication while traveling. I could also store quick meals to heat up in the microwave or stove. Wonderful stay!

Had the people on the floor above us get up at 1:48 am and proceed to do what sounded like move all the furniture around in their room and drop their suitcases off the bed multiple times. Finally after an hour of this happening and being so loud it was shaking our bed I called the front desk to complain. They assured me they would handle it. Another hour of the same constant noise goes by and I called the front desk again - to get told the people above us yes are awake (no crap I can hear them) and that they are preparing to leave for a flight and will be gone in about an hour. This is already 3:50 am by this time. The front desk did not care it was the middle of the night and some of us actually paid for the hotel room so that we could sleep. Disgusting.

Lots of parking and space if you are hooked up to a trailer

Nice place with a good kitchenette. The gym is terrible though. One old treadmill and the lights are motion detected and go out after 10 minutes when on the machines. Dangerous when it goes dark.

The breakfast was excellent. Scrambled eggs, omlet, sausages, cereal, toast, coffee/tea, juice and yogurt. The person on staff was very pleasant and kept everything filled.

Loved that it was so close to the airport. It is in a great location and was very quiet and clean.

Such a great Hotel, Staff were terrific and a wonderful maintained property. Will be staying again. Breakfast was great, lots of parking and the rooms were very clean.

Floors are not very clean. But that seems the way most hotels are these days

Room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. It wasn't an issue for us but there is no conveniences nearby: no restaurants or fast food. Looks like there might be a Tim Hortons going up across the street. Nice to have the small lounge down on the main floor. My wife and I went to have a drink and watch the ball game but $$$! A domestic beer and 6 Oz glass of wine was $23 before tip.

Very handy location - you can walk to the airport!

Great hotel located close to airport and other venues. Friendly welcoming staff. Large spacious rooms and very clean. Fantastic breakfast to get you going in the morning. Ample parking. Highly recommend!

Very good breakfast, real scrambled eggs and very good bacon and sausage, along with waffles and yogurt toast etc, coffee was great as well! Clean rooms and well maintained.

Room was immaculate. Will stay here again.
