Okay, cool, good, really cool, clean and tidy, but it needs to be updated again, you have to be more diligent in cleaning, the important thing is that it has to be clean and. Far from animals and the food is delicious and clean, it has to be clean.

Daily menu during my stay for 7 days 6 nights: porridge, chicken, egg, fried rice and soup. TV almost all channels are blurry & has been repaired but still can't work even though promised to replace the TV, the shower is broken and the hot water is cold and was only repaired on the 4th day but still can't be normal.

It's hard to borrow an iron, you can't use it in the room.

If I had stayed yesterday, the hot water was functioning well 😞. Overall Enough.

Satisfied. Will return to this hotel on my next vacation.

I am only a few of the guests who when entering the hotel will check the TV station channels provided by the hotel. From yesterday's grand maleo, it seemed that the hotel did not care at all about TV channels for guests.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is in the middle of the city.

Water does not flow smoothly in the shower, lighting the room lights are lacking. Services are not optimal, it turns out the 9th floor is being renovated and there was no prior delivery.

Please change the female staff at the reception when I check-in. I forgot to write down the name but was very unfriendly, rude, did not help the check-in process, indeed we did not pay your hotel! lousy!

We stayed at H + 3 Eid al-Fitr but the cleanliness was not what it used to be. The carpet seemed to not be cleaned and the TV broadcast channel to be repaired. At breakfast it is also incomplete because maybe the occupancy rate is less influential on Eid. For services at check-in it's very fast and the location is very strategic.

The rooms are nice, comfortable, clean and the service is friendly.
