Room was clean

Inconvenience and no heater.

I arrived late close to midnight. Could not access the room with the code provided. Hotel did and still has not responded to phone calls, emails or contact via hotels.com. i ended up sleeping in the basement on a mattress and am now at the train station and have not showered.

Include extra charges for cleaning and city tax etc .

The location is good and the "automated check-in" is very handy. However it definitely needs refurbishing in the bathroom and kitchen. The bathtub was falling in pieces in some parts. Overall it was clean and quiet. The old building had the effect that the guests at the upper floor when moving sounded like they were moving furniture which is very unfortunate when this happens at 4.30am.

Ideal if it is just for a night or two. Bed was fine, towels were clean and the tv worked. Your own room and your own key. Free internet but i did not try it. So if it is good or bad dont know. Easy of access to get your key, no late check in so if you are late no one is really worried at reception. Negative found it hard to park the car for fear it would be clamped or a ticket begin applied. So it can be an issue. No breakfast but you are only paying for the bed to sleep in. Shared bathroom for me is a big no and no soap or shower gel. Everything else is there. Stairs creaked so bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Noted that the people running the place were changing the bed linen at 9:20 even when checkout is at 10:30 in the morning and not at 9:30. Did i get my time wrong.

It's the worst stay I had, the room had TV not working the 1st day, and too much to walk up 4th floors with the luggage, and only one bathroom which always occupied morning and night. The cleaning guys wanted to go in my room early before 9.30am.

Good location if you have to go to downtown or the Congress Center. A decent deal for the money. You have to climb 4 flights of stairs. No elevator. I was in a rush to book a hotel so overall OK.

It was terrible! The doors made a lot of noise.

Difficult to get access in. Change of booking room was not informed in advanced. Provided key code did not worked. After contacting on phone they charge apartment which was little far from place of my business. Took around more than hour to locate and get into the apartment at night in totally new place.

The room was a 6th floor walk up - once you got there it was nice. I had a problem checking in and had to call the emergency number.

es war nicht sauber und der Geruch wsr nicht gut. Eine andere Familie ist mit dem Wort „Katastrophe“ mittrn in der Nacht abgereist.

Praktisch gelegen, mensch sollte keine Brille brauchen und sich online bewegen können, baselcard kam prompt, aber erst auf Anfrage. Mit grösserem Gepäck ist Treppensteigen vermutlich schwierig, für einige Nächte optimal.

The room and equipment was old and especially the couches were not very clean. But overall it teally worth for money. Very central place.

Hiç muhattap yok, 10.30 Çıkmak zorundasınız ve valizleri de bırakamıyorsunuz sonra almak için. Odamız dördüncü kattaydı asansör yok h valizlerle de çok zor çıktık. Çok eski bir apartman merdivenleri ahşap.merkeze 20 dk. Tren garına 1,800 km.

古い感じの民家です。トラムの駅まで徒歩５分です。共同のトイレとシャワーですし、メンテナンスも微妙です。スイスにしては安いですが、それ相応の施設です。トラムで他の駅まで行けば別ですが、近くに買い物のできる店は無いと思ってください。

Da war ein kurzes Schreckmoment, weil es keinen Vorhänge hatte und die Luxaflex abgebrochen war! Aber kurz nachdem es gemeldet war ist der Putzfrau vorbeigekommen un hat uns gezeigt wie mann die Fensterläden schliesen kann. (Etwas dumm von uns!) Das heisst Guter Service !
