room was big and clean, as expected for the price. however, the fireplace is cheap, tv is tiny, and the walls are paper thin. we clearly heard coughing, light chatter, and snoring throughout the night. there was lots of ice around the property, very dangerous for less mobile folk nothing complimentary in terms of in room water/beverages, or snacks (besides coffee+creamers) we found it interesting that breakfast was not included, which is surprising for a 300+$ room. when we booked we didn’t see a “food package” which apparently is a thing for this place that we needed to opt in for breakfast. not even some complimentary cereals or pastries for guests in the morning hey?… crazy. these little details make all of the difference for some guests, and cost the property next to nothing. won’t be going back, other auberge locations in the area are far more generous to guests. to be fair the gym is VERY well equipped (and clean), the pool/spa area is nice (and clean) - so this place might be an option if those things are important to you. the cleaning staff are very good at their jobs.

Excellent accommodations. Very clean and comfy. Lots of space in their suite with kitchenette. Loved the spa facilities and hot tub. Short drive to Mont Sutton village. If you stay here you must eat at their bistro. Food was spectacular- fresh and delicious.

The room was clean anc cozy and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Excellent place with great amenities. Nice size room with a very comfy, clean and big bed. Nice pool and much better than average exercise room. Nice sauna and indoor pool too. Has the added bonus of watching grazing cows from the outdoor hot tub. I wish I had more than 1 day to enjoy it.

Excellent staff. Handle of the window broken, impossible to close it back. Had to manage a couple of minutes to finally get it back. Apartment very clean but bathroom needs to be refreshed and modernized. Excellent breakfast and very kind people

Spa treatment was excellent and dining was amazing

Reception and Restaurant staff were excellent. The servers were very knowledgeable and made sure they satisfied our need for gluten free breakfasts and supper. Food was well presented and delicious. Accomodations were very clean and comfortable. Kitchen, e.g. electric stove, could use some updating, but everything worked perfectly well. We enjoyed the large veranda and quiet setting. I enjoyed the gym, pool and sauna. Rudi

Room had everything we needed. Even 2 place settings. Bed was very comfortable!! Front desk staff super friendly and the amenities were amazing!!!
