Todo estuvo muy bien el hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación cerca de taquerías restaurantes supermercados y de paseo reforma. Disfrutamos del evento del mundial a pocas calles y si te gusta caminar puedes llegar a bellas artes caminando. La zona no me parece insegura aunque en México ya al anocher en cualquier lugar es mejor estar en el hotel. No es un hotel de lujo pero para los que vamos a turistear y solo a dormir está más que bueno. El personal nada fuera de lo normal, amables y atentos.

This is definitely an economy hotel. There is an old side and a new side. The new side has been recently updated and you’re able to get AC. There is no heat (this is common in Mexico). It was quite cool during our stay in the evening so they gave us extra blankets (from desk). I would not recommend the old side at all. It’s very dated, carpet bedding mattresses, etc-not good. We asked to move to the new side but that has its issues too. The room we were in - the fan in the bathroom did not work and neither did the TV remote. Anytime a shower was taken the entire bathroom was covered with moisture. If you opened the bathroom door to assist, the entire room felt moist. The mattresses had plastic covers and that does not help with sleeping. Anytime we interacted with the staff they were wonderful. 10/10 for staff. This place needs more TLC.

Para mi, el no tener aire acondicionado es un problema. No es posible que solo ciertas habitaciones lo tengan. Y cuando pides un ventilador te lo nieguen. Ademas todos los dias tienes que ir a que activen tu llave.

Some floors dont have a/c so soulless need to open windows. Checking after 3 check out at 1pm. Hotel in a good location to walk and explore the city Get uber to get around its cheaper than taxis. Hotels have tourist activities

Staff were not the most accommodating room had no air conditioning but it’s located in a very good location, close to everything so that maid up for the lack of accommodations.
