The hotel or Riad is a little hard to find, we were dropped off and told the hotel was 100m down the road, We didn’t know it wasn’t on the road we were told to go down so ended up having to walk almost to the city wall before asking for help! The hotel is the first turning on the left - go to the end and turn left at the mosque - this is just a black door in a wall. Walk to under the first arch and the door is a black door on the left - door bell is high up on the left side of the door. The hotel is clean and the staff very nice, if arriving late there is no food available so either take something or you will need to wait for breakfast. Noise - you can hear anyone in the court yard, not a problem but just be aware if arriving late or very early all the guests will know you arrived! Nice rooftop to sit on accessed by the stairs, we brought some drinks and spent our evenings play cards after a long day in the souks. The showers get very hot so make sure to run it first, breakfast was good, simple but done well. The hotel is in a great position to access most things including all the markets which are only a couple of minutes away. Easy access to places to eat, some a great price others more expensive so find where you feel comfortable and go from there.

The host and staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The property like many Riads in the Medina is a little tricky to find at first. But, the location is very close to all the things you want to see. I'd happily stay again.

Enlightening trip to Marrakech. Authentic accommodation. Filling breakfast. Able to walk to lots of places, hence good location.

Probably a typical Riad along a few alleyways. Set as 2 separate houses. Everything was basic but ok. Staff attentive and pleasant. Breakfast a mixture of cakes and batter-based pancakes plus small yogurt and sweet mint tea and coffee. Overall perfectly ok. We would next time (hypothetical only because we wouldn’t ever go back to Marrakech. Constant hassle and deceptive behaviour towards the “cash cow” tourists by most people you meet) spend more on a modern hotel because if we could afford it.

People are very friendly. Riad is cold - we had to eat breakfast in our coats (it's the same every day) rooms very dated and old. Lack of hot water. Impossible to park near riad. Iwouldn't return.

Initially, I thought it too far from the main square, but we found our way to everywhere we wanted to go..,thank you Google. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The tasty breakfast was very good. Wear good walking shoes in Marrakech and be sure to listen, as the alleys are used by pedestrians, motor bikes, donkey carts, etc. It’s a great city!

Youseff and his staff make you feel so welcome and offer you support to make the most of your time in Marrakech. Good trips on offer and there are well organised. I would suggest booking the taxi from the airport shich whilst maybe a little more expensive it will get you to the Riad first time. Not easy to find the Riad if you just turn up in Marrakech.

A nice Riad in a perfect location. Only 10 minutes walk to the main square and about the same to the Souks. The staff were very friendly and they arranged a transfer for us from the airport which was brilliant. I have two bad comments. The first would be noise from other guests which woke us up regularly. Whilst this is not the fault of the hotel, more can be done to encourage guests to be quiet. The second was the smell of damp in the bathroom which was not pleasant. Breakfast was nice and there was a slight variance every day with plenty of coffee and mint tea on offer as well as freshly squeezed orange juice. For a short stay, this Riad is great. Prime location, friendly staff and at the right price.

Im am pleased beyond word with my stay in this hotel in the middle of the Marrakech community. I could not think of any better place to stay when coming back here. It feels like you're a part of Marrakech, instead of a visitor. The people in this hotel are incredibly attentive and nice, the food is amazing and is not expensive. The rooms have everything you could need.I am certainly coming back soon and this is the place im coming back to. Thank you Youssef and all the staff for the amazing time we spent with you.

Youssef and all the staff were quite helpful and respectful. Nothing was ever a burden. We stayed on the blue riad, it is true, you can hear the adhan, but that is normal, being that it is a Muslim country. It looks like a typical morrocan house with little garden inside , it was very pretty and clean. Towels were changed everyday, rooms cleaned everyday. Our room was a decent size, and wifi connection was okay. It can be quite cool in the evening, but nothing that an extra duvet will not solve. Breakfast was a trio of breads, morrocan mint tea, coffee, fresh orange juice and trio of spreads. The Riad is quite hard to find at first, we booked a transfer from the airport with youssef, but once you locate the palace dar el pasha it's easy to get to. We chose to have dinner at the riad twice during our stay (it has supplementary cost), and the three meal course was divine. I personally recommend the chicken tagine with lemon and olives. Next time in Marrakech I will stay here!

I usually don't write reviews but for this guys I have to. Excellent stay. Great riad in the heart of Medina. Friendly staff, clean rooms, tasty breakfast and great value for money. In our trip to Marrakech we stayed in two different riads and the other one was nowhere close to this one. Don't look any further. Thanks guys.
