Great stay

Staff was nice at check-in. When we got to our room, we found the bed headboards with a layer of dust, dirty tissues, and gloves of dust behind the nightstand and an on sanitary plunger sitting next to the toilet. The door to the room led directly to the outside, and it wasn’t sealed, and you could see light all the way around it. It made us feel unsafe. We had prepaid for two nights and checked out after our first night due to being so uncomfortable in the room. The hotel has not refunded our second night and I have contacted Expedia regarding our booking and they were supposed to contact the hotel to address our concerns and to obtain a refund that I have also not heard back from the Expedia representative. I would avoid this hotel.

Breakfast options needs an improvement and property needs some maintenance. Staff is friendly and accommodating.

Reasonable size rooms, they do need some maintenance. Coffee making facilities were archaic, a Nespresso machine would solve this problem. breakfast was less than desirable and we travelled 70 km back to Jasper for Breakfast.

Clean room

Room was clean and staff friendly. The outside was in need of a fresh paint .

Highly recommended! The room was incredibly clean, with nice, pristine floors, and the bathroom felt beautifully renovated. It honestly felt like a home away from home. The breakfast was awesome and went way beyond your standard continental breakfast. They even have a machine for Indian Chai and coffee, which was amazing. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Great service and jet tub made the stay

The property was clean and had good ambience as well. The only drawback that I felt was fitness centre was not good and the machines there were not working at all.

Not a fancy place by any means but our room was clean, staff was friendly, AC worked great, Roku TV, and breakfast was ok. Its an older building with outdoor entrances to rooms, carpets outdoors are in very rough shape but thats irrelevant to the stay. All in all it was worth the rate

Clean room

It was a nice place to stay that’s not too far from Jasper (about an hour). You can hear a bit of the road at night but it wasn’t too bad at all.
