Everything was great. The grandkids loved the pool. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Breakfast was cold and dry, hot water for tea had stuff floating in it , im thinking calcuim build up, milk for the cereal was warm. pool was amazing, beds are slopped in the middle,

A major issue was the amount of children running the halls for hours on end, and slamming doors. There was at least 30 children in the pool and hot tub at all times running around the main floor while parents sat aside enjoying their time together, having dinner and drinks, staff was all prepared and seemed annoyed. He did nothing to deal with the children running a muck.

Rooms were nice and clean staff was great breakfast was the average hotel breakfast but good.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel accompdayed our large group and endures that we had rooms close to each other. The breakfast provided had lots of variety. Our kids had fun in the pool. Two complaints we had is at check in staff member Laurie was not very helpful or knowl’edgable about fées we were charged. There was a 30.00 fée added to our room. When asked about it, she was unable to explaine what this fée was for or about. We later found out that it was an environmental tax. However not able to explain. Other rooms in our party were not charged this fée. At the end of our stay, staff member Laine was able to erase the charge. The second relates to the position if of the computers that staff use. They act as a Barrier between staff and customer. Not very welcoming. There were occasions when staff didn’t even stand to speak with customers.

breakfast was a full menu very clean and excess able. All staff very friendly. pool area was clean and safe. highly recommend

The hotel is in a great location close to restaurants, shopping etc. Good breakfast is provide with lots of variety.

Always good when we stay there

We were put on the second floor my teen son and I with other families with small kids running up ad down halls yelling and so on. I don’t understand why they don’t put families with small children on one floor and others on another floor. Making it a comfortable environment for all including families, too

Restaurant on site was great and all staff really friendly in the hotel and restaurant. Pool was freezing. Kids only lasted about an hour, and that was going in and out of the hot tub to warm up. The whole reason we booked was for the pool.

Clean, staff was very helpful. Parking lot with snow and ice should have been removed better. And the handicap parking stalls were complete ice with rough ice that has no de icer and not cleared at all.

Clean room! Staff were great upon checking in and out. Pool was great for the kids and the breakfast was great.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel. My wife needed some special assistance and the clerk at the front desk was very attentive to her needs.
