Loved my stay- the only problem was the mold in the shower room 405

Friendly helpful staff.

The location is terrible. The carpets everywhere are dirty , not just old. AC in room sounds like tractor. No bellman. No service. No parking. The manager was rude.. WiFi not existed. NEVER STAY THERE

Staff was wonderful! Overall the stay was great, but it could use better cleaning. The hallway carpet is quite gross looking, and the bathroom wasnt completely clean when we entered. Nice location, nice staff, and sheets and bedding was clean.

Comfortable stay.

Me and my son went on a last minute weekend away, Bruno and all the other staff were very helpful at reception. And although we werent able to extend check out, they accommodated us to use the facilities all day. Beds werent that great, but my son said they were fine so maybe its personal preference. Pool was lovely and clean. Ive seen lots of negative reviews about this place but we were happy and we will definitely be coming back!

Good value for money, breakfast wasn’t the best but it was free. Inside the room was clean and cleaners came everyday. Good location. Pool was also great.

Rooms were basic but clean, the food was good, staff were very friendly. The corridor carpets were not very good could do with being up graded

Far from main city not good experience rude staff

I gave 3 stars only because of the affordable price. Please change the carpet in the corridor it is filthy, unacceptable. As soon as I entered I felt like I was stepping back into the 80s, and at that time it wasn't even a quality hotel.

This is a basic hotel with many younger clients who like to party. Don't be surprised if your neighbour plays music on the balcony at 3am in the morning!

Service for check in and check out was shocking. 40-50 min wait each time. Had to pay a deposit for a TV remote

Very dated hotel. Needs some money spending on it. Mould in the shower tray. Just generally old and needs an update Swimming pool was freezing cold as well

Poor sound proofing and had to complain to the staff a number of times however only the next morning was we relocated to another room.

Unfortunately on our first night we had to visit reception 4 times after ringing twice from our hotel room. Between 2-6am Two girls next door had 2 guys in their room and decided to have music and drink all night. The rooms are not sound proof with each room also having a joining door with large gaps. Very frustrated we asked to be moved and even threatened to call the police. The on duty security guard kept returning to the room and shouted at them although the girls would suddenly go quiet for 10 minutes before going loud again drinking and smoking the hallways out of air,. A) the rooms were supposedly meant for 2 people and not guests, B) on 6 complaints the hotel failed to rectify the issue, albeit tried , no authoroty or control. C) only the next morning was the reception able to arrange a new room. First night and day of holiday lost to sleep. The next morning we insisted on speaking with the manager who was well aware of us at reception however completely ignored us and failed to offer any apology. Unfortunately after moving rooms, on the last night the noise was repeated by new neighbours crying and arguing. Whilst this is IBiZA and somenoise should be expected, a room is not for partying and the hotel staff were incapable of dealing with the matter. The cleanliness and room service staff are good. Of a 5 night stay, 3 were within reasonable acceptable sleeping conditions. I booked 2 rooms for a large family holiday and as stated, still awaiting an apology...

Breakfast was not so good! But all the staff was great, espacally Paula, Albero etcpp Luis was very funny
