Very helpful staff. Room clean and with all facilities.

Este hotel estuvo muy agradable el que, sin duda, recomendaría. Las instalaciones son sobresalientes, todo está impecable y es estéticamente muy agradable, con un diseño que invita al descanso y la admiración. El desayuno merece una mención especial por su variedad y calidad. Sin embargo, la única gran desventaja es la conexión an internet, que es muy lenta y poco confiable para los q nos hospedamos en los cuartos al fin del edificio.

Let's start with positive impressions. The hotel has very nice foyer, friendly front desk and good location. Our room was spacious with many comfort points like the bed and armchairs. Convenient table and office chair, universal plug. Bedsheets were clean and pillows comfortable. Now the negative ones. Awfully slow Wi-Fi that kept disconnecting. The toilet smelled urine. The seat was missing a screw and the other screw was barely holding it, with yellow stain (most probably dry urine). The sink water was evacuating very slowly, because the drain pipe was squished In several spots. I reported the problems (except the smell thinking it was just an omission) to the front desk and was promised to have the problems fixed. When we came back in the evening nothing was done. The toilet seat or the floor were not washed.

noisy. great staff. no shower chair for people with disabilities. breakfast is good. clean rooms. city center, not safe after dark outside. it was ok for us. $30 for a 6pm checkout was nice, but they need accommodation for people with disabilities too.

Bathtubs leaked, air conditioning not working and leaking had to sleep thoughts without, limited hot water.

Good location, very friendly staff, facilities dated and lacked basic convenience of coffee pot, or hot water kettle in room.

Marcelo, the front desk guy was really nice. Very helpful and knowledgeable about the neighborhood. Recommend a good place to eat and to meet people

There is nothing unique about the property. It's in a good area, given where we needed to be. Our room wasn’t overly large. The bathroom was basic and could have used some fixing up (loose toilet seat, antiquated shower head, shower curtain rod which kept falling). Would definitely NOT be rating this hotel at the 4 stars it gives itself!

This hotel is in very nice location but is very old inside the room everything make noise and you can hear your neighbour no Cooffee maker in the room all towels is very very old and nobody speak English don’t go to this hotel

The hotel's central location was excellent, providing easy access to all the attractions, although breakfast was not included. A drawback was the thin walls, allowing us to hear our neighbors and the loud noise of doors closing. Fortunately, our room had a loud air conditioner. We encountered a strong sewer smell from the bathroom, which was very inconvenient, but the staff was helpful and moved us to a different room. The swing shift staff were friendly, and the night shift worker was welcoming. However, the day shift staff did not even greet us as we left. Overall, it was a good stay, but there is room for improvement.

A good hotel in Centro. Price was reasonable

Front desk receptionists were very helpful. Hotel is walking distance to Hard Rock and Half Oyster shell restaurant. I was given drinking tokens which was unexpected. Excellent choice for a hotel at a reasonable price!!
