Property was clean and tidy Close to the CBD and close to the main road, however noise was minimal The TV was not responding to the remote correctly and was hard to navigate

The advertised “Executive” Room is misleading and the price quoted and not negotiable by the Motel Manager is overpriced - there are major roadworks currently progressing in Coffs Harbour - ?? has this guaranteed custom raised the price of local accomodation offers! The room is shabby with well worn thin carpet and chipped paint. There is no secure room lock only the handle that shuts the door. The King bed reviewed as “so comfortable” was not - the mattress hard and well used. The bathroom has been recently renovated. The bathroom door is a loose sliding door that gives limited privacy There is no basin in the bathroom- this is in an alcove adjacent to the main room. The room was clean. There is a Microwave /Kettle / Toaster and essential eating utensils that were appreciated.
