Clean, cozy and near the city center. Breakfast was okay but the view was stunning. The hotel staff were accommodating, especially Maria who helped us book tours, purchase tickets and arrange transportation back to Hanoi.. We would definitely go back, we highly recommend this hotel.

Wifi is not very good, I often have to use 4G

4n3d experience is very ok, clean room, convenient, reasonable price. Friendly staff The minus point is that the laundry service at the hotel is too expensive. Washed 4-5 clothes for 480. Forgot to ask the price first and was shocked when I saw the bill. Everything else is ok

My room was locked twice, the hotel was enthusiastic, the restaurant view was nice, the room was clean, the bath and massage service was very good.

There is nothing to complain about, enthusiastic staff, comfortable room, quite good food, walking distance to Sun Plaza, Stone Church Square is very close.

Also, when a luggage of my friend was left in the hotel, they contacted us so we could pick up the luggage. Everything was outstanding. I booked a trekking tour, and then after that, we had reserved a room in the hotel. The smell of cinnamon is very nice, the room is amazing, but the thing I felt incredible is the massage service, super relaxing after a long trekking trip.

We have prepared and planned very carefully for this trip to Sapa. And everything after that was beyond our expectations.

Enthusiastic staff but facilities are not good. The bedding and pillows were smelly, the room was old and the swimming pool was both small and disgusting and smelled of antiseptic

We stayed here for only one night. We arrived at the hotel at 5 am. We were allowed to rest and store our luggage before check in time. When we checked in, our room was upgraded so that we got a bathtub and balcony. We liked the complete room facilities, especially the welcoming snack which was a very sweet orange. We also enjoyed swimming and sauna at night. All the staff who served us were very kind. We were even escorted home to the exit and given gifts which were oranges, snacks, and drinking water.
