Good location. Had wet marks on carpet on arrival that were not addressed by staff after notified. The unit 8 car park was under a tree which covered the car in leaves and marks. Bleach had been used around entry of unit to clean concrete and the smell was very present in the unit for 2 days… Toilet seat was loose and sliding around and towel rail was not fitted correctly as it fell down at touch.. Basic accomodation from a dog friendly establishment with extra $50 per pet.

Bed very comfortable. Toiletries were lovely. Bathroom taps need new washers. Ceiling fan only operated on fast setting then stopped. Cracks in ceiling. Exposed wire down wall should have had conduit around it. Unable to get ABC on TV. Location excellent. Pleasant stay all the same.

There are no staff. This is a self-serve property. It works quite well. But the walls are incredibly thin. A person talked - not shouting or fighting, just talking - for 3 hours non-stop in the room next to us (finally stopping at 2am) and I could hear every word. The person in the room on our other side thought it was us (so could hear it 2 rooms away!) and was kicking the walls until I shouted that it was another room. Onsite staff would be useful in a case like that.

Nice little motel. Rooms are clean and big enough. Bed was comfy and the bathroom well set up. Walls pretty thin so heard the family next door easily. Would definitely stay again though.

Cute room only problem was pillow was flat as a pancake so didn't get much sleep.

It was pretty good. I think a little over priced. I remember staying in the place decades ago when it was a motel, same layout just with updated look. Comfy bed, easy checkin/checkout. Clean. Easy parking. Just very basic.

Was ok for price of stay

I do not usually review places I stay but this is an exception because it was the most comfortable accommodation such that I didn’t want to check out! Nice and quiet with so many cuisines just a stones throw away. Definitely a go to each time I visit Brunswick Heads.

The room was a little small, but everything else ok. Management was very helpful.

So pleased I found this 'retro gem' of a motel to spend a night. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer. Tastefully decorated with thoughtful touches and situated amongst lush tropical gardens. Spacious room and large comfortable bed. Next time I'll stay longer and swim in the pool, it looked so inviting!

It was perfectly adequate for our 1 night stay. The walls are very thin though. We heard conversations from rooms either side of us.
