Lot poorer than prior trips everything blamed on time of the year but prices still expensive. Overall very poor

More like a pub than an expensive motel. Food was good though and room was good. Just very expensive for what it is. So just know you are paying for the remoteness not the quality of the hotel.

The people were fantastic and great place to stay. My only criticisms was how hard the bed was.

I do not like the fact that I have emailed Wotif twice and place of accommodation once seeking a refund of additional guest fee of $74.73 because additional guest was not able to come. As yet I have had no response. This is very poor service on behalf of Wotif.

Room was clean. Staff were busy but polite. Rooms small and bathrooms very cramped. Not a lot of choice in Nhulunbuy and way over priced for an obvious 3 star hotel at $330 a night. Meals expensive but again not a lot of choice do Owner’s capitalising well.

Ridiculous price gouging as only one other hotel (on the outside of town) so no competition. Paid equivalent to a capital city 5-star hotel, for a twin room and definitely not 5-star. Twin room cost significantly more than a double, yet there is also an additional charge for each person over 1 in the room. You cant use the other bed unless you pay extra although twin costs more! Arrived and put in a double room. Told that because I had booked with Expedia (actually Wotif) that not their fault - despite confirming my booking with the hotel the week prior on arrival was told no twin rooms. Restaurant food better than I expected though unless you are in a tour group - chaotic.

I have stayed here three nights as part of a tour group to Arnhem Land. The Lodge has good facilities but the most impressive aspect of my stay was the staff. They were very helpful friendly and courteous. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The food was great and the pool I swam in every day.
