Very comfortable very clean Would stay again in the future

This property is really great, with great room and all the amenities such as cups, milk, tea cattle. They also have someone on property 24/7 which was great as well. Everything was outstanding except they didn’t provide disposable slippers. If they can provide disposable slippers that would be great as well. Otherwise everything else was provided including Iron and iron stand. Every room has their designated parking space so no issues for parking at all.

This motel in faultlessly clean, with very comfortable beds, ample towels and spare pillows/bedding layers. Features we appreciated included a large wardrobe with hangers, TV with ample streaming services, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery/cutlery, assigned carspace, A/C. An easy walk to a terrific main street of shops and restaurants, and to the beach. Check out can be extended from 10am for $25/hr. Will stay again.

Clean Room

Room was huge and accommodated two beds and a sofa. Swimming pool was warm and clean.

The room is really clean. It looks much better than the photo online showing. Room space is big than the normal hotel. The location is easy to assess everything. Good experience in the island.

Units newly renovated. Clean units, comfortable beds. Heating was good too. Easy check in process and even easier checking out using the key dropbox. I would recommend Tropicana and it is very price effective too. Thank you 😊

A good budget motel close to the main shopping area of Cowes.

Easy to find very quiet, all you wanted for a night were there.

It is very disappointing to have to leave this review. Photos on the website are not true to life. Even though we were given an uppgrade to King room from a Queen, the bed was so uncomfortable (too soft) and kept rolling away from the head board. The bathroom was disappointing and though appeared clean was in desperate need of repair or modernised. The door to the room had a small gap between the jamb and the wall so you could see daylight coming in (and possibly bugs?) They were a bit conservative with the towels. The pool was tiny and water was cloudy so we did not use it. Other guest decided to sit outside and there conversations were a bit loud. The accommodation was definitely not worth th $280 for a Monday and Tuesday night. It has a potential to be a beautiful property if some money was invested to improve its presentation. Also, the menus to local restaurants made available in the office were quite outdated as the prices were not current and and ended up being more expensive.
