Easy walk to shops for eating options. Internet was great. Bed was comfortable, room was large and clean. Value for money. Highly recommend.

I stayed at the Seaton Arms Motor Inn on my way to and again from Canberra/Geelong. I requested a ground floor room and was put in room 2 both times. The room is spacious, clean and well furnished and the bed was very comfortable. Despite the inclement weather I was warm and cozy in my room both times. The staff I met were warm and friendly and the Inn is easy to find. The place is fairly old, so there are some signs of wear and tear, otherwise I would have rated it excellent.

Convenient location. Comfortable bed and couch. Quiet setting. Split system works well. Bathroom in need of updating.

Was a very enjoyable stay and the room was very comfortable. Well the showers were fantastic with lots of hot water as well as lots of pressure. Very happy to stay here again, no problem

The shower was mouldy and the roof and walls of the bedroom had aged stains. Very much in need of some deep cleaning and painting.
