Staff was very helpful. This stay I was in one of their motel rooms which was larger than most motel rooms and it looked and felt great. Bed was soft with good pillows. Hot water was good with good pressure. The room had everything for a short or longer stay. It also has a laundry for a couple of $ to wash and dry. Pub grub is good with cold beer. It is suggested to book a table if the motel is packaged. Bilo also has an Anytime Fitness which if coming from west and going south you wont see it. It would be a big walk if you wanted to visit the other pub(s) in town. I found the locals and tourists were friendly.

Good location, easy parking and cabin with all amenities. Would stay here again.

Tracey Duty manager was amazing! Food was great facilities great but very non mobility /disabled unfriendly. Staff dealt with issues above and beyond. Highly reccomend the facilities extremely happy with Tracey & her staff

No sugar or milk tea or coffee

The cabin we stayed in was a bit old and shabby. We knew we were in for a treat when we walked onto the verandah and the back of the closed curtains were dirty. Inside was old - dodgy powerboard - dodgy lamp switch - swollen and broken chipboard on the bathroom sink cupboard. No cutlery or crockery but there was a microwave. Food was very average. Quite disappointing but on the bright side the bed was comfortable and the air con worked so we weren't cold. Probably would not stay in a cabin there again. if I knew we could not self cater I would have stayed in a motel room.

The mattress was past it's used by date the side wall have collapsed very uncomfortable to sleep on. We had no towels in the room only 3 bath mats rolled up on the bed and didn't realize until we had showers.

We found that every we needed while travelling was all in the same area. It made it very convenient.

Reverse cycle air conditioning very loud sounded like a truck idling
