The staff were friendly. The bed was comfortable and room was clean. We were given the room closest to the entrance so unfortunately we heard people coming and going regularly through the sliding door. This was very annoying. There is also the noise from the railway line nearby but wasn’t too bad. The room we got was a little unexpected as it was wheelchair suitable or for someone in an aged care home. The bathroom was fully accessible for a wheelchair and the shower area had a fold down bench seat. There wasn’t any large area to put clothes or toiletries and the toilet seat had no lid. I would have preferred a room with a table and chairs to eat breakfast and a shower without the shower curtain. The complimentary banana bread and pod coffee in the communal space was appreciated. I would have liked some butter for the banana bread though.

Nice and clean. Great mini kitchen set up - tea, coffee, toaster, microwave, sink, plates, cutlery etc. Staff were super friendly. Even called within 15 mins of us leaving to let us know we’d left something in the room, meaning we were able to go back and get it!

Value Suites Penrith was comfortable, clean and well suited for a work stay. The room had everything we needed for a short visit and the location was convenient. Good value for money and an easy, hassle-free stay.

The walls were like cardboard, you could hear everything , doors slaming, and It was hard to sleep, room was next to train track, 2,3 am you could still hear the trains. otherwise was fine, but it was not confortable to sleep because everything sounded as if it was inside your room.

was pleasantly surprised everything was well set up. The staff at reception were professional and friendly. It had everything you would need for comfort. the aircon was great. It took 5 mins by car to get to the Panthers League club even though we were on the other side of the Nepean River. The prices were cheaper because of this I feel. But the unit was very welcoming the decor neutral. Would recommend it and stay there again without a doubt.

We had a great stay at Value Suites Penrith. The staff were very courteous and accommodating, and we were given the room we requested, which we really appreciated. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. Would happily stay again.

We enjoyed our short stay. The room was bigger than normal and we requested a ground level which they kindly agreed. Had all yhe amenities anyone could need.

Very clean room. Friendly check in staff. Stayed in the building closest to the train line (room not facing the station side) could barely hear any noise. Great soundproofing. Easy drive to the Blue mountains area yet close to Penrith for varieties of food options. Biscuits, coffee and banana bread in the lounge area was a bonus.
