The location is quite strategic, close to Bukit Melaka. It's a 10-minute walk to the Red Church. Across the street is Pahlawan Mall. The room and bed are clean. However, I was a bit disappointed with the WiFi, which was almost impossible to access.

The pillow smells really bad. I didn't get a toothbrush.

I was very satisfied with the hotel's service and cleanliness. The friendliness of the hotel staff was also satisfactory.

Location is great. Less than 100m walk from the Pahlawan mall. But best of all 10 star rating goes to their mattress, pillows. They are really good quality better or equivalent to 5 star hotels. Giving a good rested sleep. If anything that needs a tad improve is warmth hospitality at front desk.

Hotel in the center of Melaka, opposite Dataran Pahlawan Melaka Megamall shopping center, very close to Jonker walking street and famous check-in locations. There are many restaurants, eateries and cafes around. Enthusiastic staff. Airy, comfortable room. In the morning, there are many dishes to choose from.

Staff is not friendly, cleanliness is very bad, they wash the glass on the sink in the room and very terrible strain on the sink, not even mop, only folding the blanket and towel, extra charge for additional towel, good air conditioner. Is too far away from the standard that I used to try 2-3 years before. Please manage your property!

The hotel is strategically placed in front of Dataran Merdeka. What I really like is we can still check in at 5 AM. It's not hard finding Grab also, as there is no traffic around. There is a convenience store in front and Ayam Pak Gembus below if you want Indonesian food. Only a 10-minute walk to a famosa and a 15-minute walk to Jonker & Red Square. The hotel is very big, the room also okay, but the bathroom cleanliness needs to be improved as we saw many small insects there.
