Here are my 2 cents for those planning to visit here.. - Car is a must, not much one can do at the hotel or in the surroundings otherwise - Hotel is in a quiet town but a short drive away there are several hiking options, wine localities and so forth As for the hotel - stayed in the ' new building' and not in the actual castle. Rooms on the smaller side - No tea kettle or similar in room - Breakfast and dinner was included and very good - Sauna is excellent - Shower pressure is on the lower side, this may be because we were on the top floor so one can ask for a lower from (assuming it is better there) Overall the location and the surroundings won us over. Just the hotel in itself is decent. Nonetheless I would recommend it. Enjoy your time here

The hotel room was ok, clean.. the hotel personal was friendly. in restaurant the breakfast was good with plenty to choose from but the dinner was the worst i had so far. I dont recomand the food but the terrace is nice to have an evening drink and maybe play some cards or rummy.

Fantastic country Manor house hotel with great views over the countryside. The rooms are large, we'll furnished and immaculately clean. The hotel restaurant serves delicious food, either al a carte or buffet you can decide.

Great staff, interesting hotel, great food, nice getaway from it all location.
