Good value.

Full breakfast with many options including eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and waffles. There were many cold options, too, like cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels and cream cheese, muffins, donuts, and juice and coffee. The pool (we didn't use) looked very clean and inviting. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean.

The front lobby was an inviting gathering place. The queen bed and sofa were perfect firmness for me. The ice/snow storm were challenging, but the lot got plowed and salted, and the staff stepped up in helping one another to assist guests and get tasks done efficiently. Jimmy (GM), Barbara, Tiffany and Tiffany (staff I had interactions with) make this hitel unique and i really appreciated that my service dog DJ was treated like a guest, as well. I look forward to my next stay.

Was not so great. I just wasn’t feeling the stay

The only issue that I would say that I had was that when I made the reservation, I requested a handicap room and when I checked in was told there was none available. Being and amputee it was hard to maneuver around the restroom in our room without proper handicap accessible tools. Other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Very nice hotel for the price, especially on a weekend. Check in was rapid and courteous. Decor was very nice and room was clean and well kept-up. Hot water, A/C - heat and jacuzzi tub all worked well, breakfast wasn't overly fancy but did include hot food. Plenty of coffee which is important to me. Pool was a nice size and was clean. The only thing that needed improvement was the desk chair - its vinyl cover was almost all peeled off and what was left came off on our clothes. This was the only shabby aspect of the hotel.

There were a ton of ants by the hot tub. There was dried food under the table next to the hot tub. Mentioned this on Friday. Sunday still had ants and food.

Excellent price point, very comfortable beds.

The location is fine, parking is a bit strange. Seemed to be short staffed. No one answers the phone at hotel. Expedia offered rooms to reserve that arent part of thr property so i paid a lot more for a studio suite and was intially booked into a single bed, hotel moved us into a double queen as we had 4 people. But made it clear it was my fault

Breakfast was good. The rooms were clean and the coffee was hot at 5 a.m.

Comfortable. Good jacuzzi and pool.

Ended staying here last minute because the other hotel that I booked was not up to my standards at all. Very glad I did though, the room was just what my partner and I where looking for

Found the loby to be nice, neat and clean. After check in we drove around back to a door close to our room. There was a lot to be desired for snow removal, sidewalks were done but not well. Parking lot was poorly cleared as well, I understand not being able to clear between vehicles but the rest was poorly done as well. Room was nice and clean, but was cold, heat was not on. We had a King Suite with a whirlpool tub. The bed was not awful but it did have a sag in the middle. Shower was clean and had ok water pressure but the water never really got hot. I feared this would be the case for the tub and sadly I was right. We booked a room with a whirlpool tub as my BF is alergic to the chemicals in pools and hot tubs so we thought this would be a great option. Again the water never got hot. By the time we got enough water in the tub it was a cool temperature that I wouldn't even wash dishes in. We stayed 2 nights only had breakfast one morning. The food was fine but the poor lady taking care of the food had no help and mentioned the overnight crew didnt do anything. For being one person she did the very best she could. Check out was fine other than having to wait as clearly they were short staffed again. I mentioned to the clerk at checkout how displeased we were with the whirlpool tub in our room and got the "well no one wants to stick any money into those kinds of things". And then offered me a lollipop like that would fix it. A discount was not expected but an apology was.

The room was freezing cold. The heater was barely working, and the bathroom had NO heat at all. Several lamps had burned-out bulbs. The desk chair was ripped and torn and extremely outdated.

My stay was great, no complaints!

Front desk clerk was very nice

They have us a room under repair, the toilet was literally in the spa tub in the main section of the room. I had to go request a different room, which put us farther away from our party.

I loved the pool, hot tub, easy access to downtown. Breakfast could be better. Had the same exact thing every morning.
