We had a great experience staying at this hotel. It was very well kept throughout the 8 days we stayed here. The cleaning staff kept the place neat at all times. We had a family room with one king and one bunk bed, fit for 4 people, but if you want, you can get two connected rooms called superior twin room if you want kids in another room but accessible through yours (I didn't know that, only got to know when I went there but couldn't change the booking as I booked it through this platform not directly from their official site). The highlight was the breakfast buffet, I loved it. Lots of options to choose from, they interchange a few items each day. The staff is very friendly. Location is great, a bit busy but everything is close by. Kuta beach 7 to 10 minutes walk, lots of shops; clothes, shoes, bags etc, spas, laundry svc, convenience stores, restaurants, cafes, and bike rentals. Two indoor/outdoor shopping malls like Discovery and Beachwalk are close by, along with Waterbom (waterpark). Overall a great place to stay. I highly recommend it.

A highly recommended and very comfortable hotel.

My family and I had to find another replacement hotel as our previous hotel has not been accommodating. We stayed at Mercure a couple of years ago, we decided to see if we can book which lucky we did and we stayed at Mercure at this last trip. The hotel is close to everything, our favourite coffee shop is across the road, Coffee Corner, which was recommended by hotel staff member the previous trip, barber shop, spa and beauty salon are around the corner. The staff was very helpful and accommodating when we arrived. They were making sure we are comfortable. one of the room was not ready when we arrived, however they made it ready by the time we finished our welcome drink :) We have recommended the hotel to our friends and family for their trip. There is no direction of prayer in the room, the balcony is dirty

Room availability at check in time at 5.20 the room was not ready, and the wifi was not good.

I've stayed here twice, the hotel is quite close to Legian Beach on foot.

Hotel location is good to go anywhere in south Bali. Staff were nice and friendly. But need to improve check-in time. We arrived hotel at 2:30, but entered the room at 3:30. Everything was good except that one.

It's okay, but unfortunately when I entered the room the aroma was unpleasant, smelly and damp. Finally I asked to move rooms. Is it because the hotel is old? If it's clean, it's already clean by hotel standards in general.

The location is very strategic to go everywhere, close to Alfamart, Circle, places to eat, the beach and close to laundry by the kilo ehehehe.

The staff is actually friendly, but when there is an urgent need, it is difficult to call them. Even though when checking in they informed me that if you need anything, you can call FO. Clean rooms, clean pool, delicious food. Can walk to Legian and Kuta beaches. Stayed here for the second time and was quite satisfied.

The location is near Legian Beach, easy access to tourist attractions.
